Maddox groaned, closing his eyes. "Why noooot?" He whined, putting a hand over his wounds in a pathetic attempt to stop the bleeding.
Maddox groaned, closing his eyes. "Why noooot?" He whined, putting a hand over his wounds in a pathetic attempt to stop the bleeding.
"Shelter!" He repeated, "I don't want to die."
"I'm gonna die anyways! Leave me behind, I'll just bleed out right here…"
"My blood will stop you from bleeding out, but because you're an angel it's gonna bleed a little," Josh clarified.
“Kay. Are we moving or not? Because….. because I’ve mentally steeled myself,” Victoria panted.
"Let's go then," Josh said jumping up.
“Okay.” Victoria stood up wobbly and offered s hand to Maddox.
"I don't wanna… I'm tired…" Maddox stayed on the ground, freezing the blades of grass in his general vicinity.
“We… have to…: go…” Victoria breathed. “Please.” Her hand was starting to dissolve and resolidify unintentionally, which was always a bad sign.
"Fiiiine…" He dragged himself to his feet, not wanting to inconvenience Victoria. A drop of blood fell to the ground. "Well, lead the way to… wherever…"
Josh began walking into the seemingly empty village. "The people here must've left when the war got to close so we can live anywhere,"
(Your character could join Dante and Alex, I suppose)
((Sounds cool.))
Well, feel free to join us whenever you like.
Josh began walking into the seemingly empty village. "The people here must've left when the war got to close so we can live anywhere,"
“Yep,” Victoria muttered, dissolving entirely for a second before appearing again and stumbling woozily. “Need to lie down.”
"Well then let's hurry up,"
“Do you…. have a…. place to…. go?” Victoria asked.
"Yeah, freaking shelter guys! We are so close." Josh said walking up to a house.
"Cool cool, sounds… sounds great…" Maddox held onto Josh's arm, looking up at the blurry house as they approached.
He tried to open the door but it would budge, "Back up," He told the others. He backed up to a with a quick run he ran into the door. It flew open causing him to tumble to the ground.
Maddox flinched at the loud noise. "Um, was… was that necessary, Josh? We could've tried to pick the lock or something…"
"This was faster," He said brushing himself off. "Come on in!" He called to them from inside.
(I gtg, goodnight!)
(so um, I NEED a friend and um would anyone like to join the currently non existent Alex?)
Moi!
((Ahh! I keep missing everything!))
(Im sorry, Im having a really Crappy day today.)
Alex looked at him. "Cant we fight him or something? We could defeat it with my powers and your rituals. If its really that dangerous, I have more hideaways." She said immediately as she saw how serious he was."I… don't really know. I don't even know what's this danger. Andras saw a dark figure surrounded by black flames on her visions. She says this… thing holds a great power and that it intends to harm us", Dante was visibly worried. He knew that as a guard it was his reponsibility to keep everyone safe but he didn't know if he was gonna be able to succeed at it. "Though visions aren't literal. The figure Andras saw could be a depiction of something else. I-It's complicated", he stuttered. "Perhaps, this time… we should run and hide instead of fighting."
"I wonder if it is that you are brave or just too scared", Andras spoke only to him once more. "I wonder if it is a mercyful feeling or an egotistical one…", the flame the demon manifested as flew around the room "… the one that keeps you from telling her whose corpse I saw".
Alex stayed silent so she could process this information. "You're scared Dante, what are you not telling me?" She asked softly as she poked around in his mind. "Um sorry, sorry, I know you don't like it when I do it." She apologized. "… the one that keeps you from telling her whose corpse I saw". "What corpse?" she asked.
"This was faster," He said brushing himself off. "Come on in!" He called to them from inside.
Victoria stumbled inside as fast as she could and collapsed on the nearest soft surface, which happened to be a dog bed.
