“You are not fine. I brought some…” Victoria ran to the kitchen and came back with a tub of ointment stuff. “Should help.” She offered it to him.

Josh laughed, "Well if you guys don't mind I'm gonna go for a run. Any of you can join me, other than Maddox."

“I’ll come, if that’s alright.” Victoria said, standing up.

"W-What if I wanna come?" Maddox looked at the tub, confused. "What's this do…?"

"Great! Let's go then." Josh said halfway out the door.

"W-What if I wanna come?" Maddox looked at the tub, confused. "What's this do…?"

"You can't come Maddox, rest." He yelled.

"W-What if I wanna come?" Maddox looked at the tub, confused. "What's this do…?"

“Helps with cuts, burns, abrasions, etc,” Victoria said, following Josh out.

Hmph, I'll get out somehow… why do I even want to go outside? I never want to go outside! "Probably because I can't…" He muttered under his breath to himself.

Josh nodded, "Okay then… I'll be back later."

Josh walked out the door immediately turning to wolf form and running. He loved running this way it cleared his head.

Maddox started to think of possible ways to get out of the house before his eyes landed on the window. I have wings, I could just hover down or something… He glanced towards the door before getting up and opening the window. He stepped out and fell to the ground considerably less gracefully than he imagined. "Oww…."

Josh ran miles before he found something he wished he hadn't. He stopped and hid low in the grass. Some members of the brotherhood looked to be having a meeting and an important one. Josh's ear twitched as he tried to listen in. Something about heading to new villages to find the supernaturals.

Maddox pulled himself to his feet, paying the blood on the ground no mind as he looked around to see which direction the others had gone. He thought he remembered Josh's usual route, and so slowly made his way towards it.

Josh's ears shot back as he made a dash back to the house, he had to tell Maddox and the others. He was right, he should've left yesterday.

Maybe this was a bad idea… Maddox felt lightheaded, making a poor attempt to steady himself with his wings before collapsing.

Josh continued to run as fast as he could, his eyes fell upon something in the path as he skid to a stop realizing it was Maddox. He went back to human form, "I told you to stay home! What happened?"

Maddox didn't respond for a few seconds. "I…. I-I said I wanted to go with you… s-so I might've jumped out the window…'
(Great job Maddox now he's gonna put bars on your freaking windows)

"We don't have time to fight about this Maddox. They're coming we need to leave. I'll carry you home, hold on tight." He said going back to wolf form and forcing Maddox on his back.
