She looked at him momentairly, No one had ever loved her before not even her own mother at least she didn't say it "I Love you Too Brink"

He nudged her head playfully and pressed kisses to her lips

she smiled kissing him back when she could.

He sighed softly and traced her jaw line with his knuckles, "beautiful kitty cat." he murmured, twirling a strand of hair around his finger

she smiled leaning into his touch fluttering her eyes shut. Some time had passed and Vanessa and Brink had made things official and she practically lived with the Quins she was at their place all the time and when she wasn't she was on the streets Brink had gotten necklaces he had one with a black V and she had one with a green B which she always wore around her neck, but so she had gotten rings hers was was blue with Green Crystals and his was red with black crystals

"I have a surprise for you," Brink said, lacing his hand in hers and leading her downstairs into the training room of the house where his mom and sister were literally just hanging around. Harley flipped down from a hammock she had made and grinned at the two "have you told her?" Brink shook his head "not yet."

"told me what what's happening?"she asked looking at them curiously

THey followed his mom to a separate room where a chair was set up along with equipment for tattoing. "Brink thought it was good idea for you to get your first tattoo, that is if you're up for it."
Brink nodded "since you're living away from you're mom now and everhing, you don't have to if you don't want to of course! And i'm not trying to brand you or anything!" he scratched the back of his head, suddenly thinking that this was a bad idea

she cupped his face "I think it's a great idea" she said with a smile

He sighed in relief and pressed a kiss to her palm "I probably should have told you sooner so you'[d get a chance to think about where and what you wanted." he laughed softly and sat down in the chair, readying the inks and tattooing needles

"Why don't you pick you know how I love surprises" she said.

He thought for a moment "I'll pick the design. most people tend to go for the shoulder or back on their first tattoo." He pulled the collar down on his shirt to show a set of three cards on his left shoulder. "you're sure you want me to pick, there's not anything to want to get or design yourself?"

she shook her head "You can choose anything you want" she said

He sighed softly and thought for a moment before nodding and drawing out a rough sketch. He showed it to his mom, which gave a few pointer on what to change before he showed it to Vanessa, "how about this."
It was an intricate drawing of a cat but in the style of a Day of the Day skull, intricate designs decorated it's features. Underneath was a single word in swirling letters. 'Immortal'

"its perfect" she said. with a smile

Brink smiled "alright, where do you want it?" he asked

"My shoulder" she said

he nodded and pulled on some gloves and the mask so that he didn't breath in the fumes of the ink. "alright, mind pulling down your shirt down to your upper chest? if your collars too small, just pull it off and we'll cover the rest of you with a blanket." he turned away to give her some privacy. Harly laughed and shook her head "poor thing, Brink you've seen girls partially undressed. it's not different if it's you're girlfriend."
"yeah it is! Jack's is my sister, i'm used to that," he blushed and looked away again

she chuckled pulled down her shirt to her upperchest like he had told her to do so he could get to work

Harley went back to the training room to give them privacy. Brink took a measured breath and filled the tattoing gun with black ink. "You drive me nuts kitty cat, I hope you know that." he muttered softly, pressing a kiss to her exposed shoulder before beginning to work. "let me know if anything bothers you or if it hurts too much." he said, wiping down the area with acetone

"I'm sure I'll be fine I've been through worse Darling" she said.

he laughed softly "that's what I thought until jack's gave me my first tattoo." He coppied the picture onto a carbon transfer and placed the template against her shoulder, creating an outline for him to reference from and started to draw on Vanessa's shoulder, gently at first so she got a feeling of the needles before pressing down a bit harder to they left a mark.

she crunched her face up in pain but didn't move

Brink glanced over and smirked "you alright there kitty?" he asked, wiping down the extra ink and blood with a towel.

she brought her hand that wouldn't interfere with the process to play with the B necklace around her neck
