(Yeah, I'll be on and off. Also, are we planning on having the original characters? I think it'd be cool if this was an AU and they aren't here, that way we can have more flexibility.)
Omori sighed as she plopped onto her bed after a long, tiring day of school. She looked around her room and jumped up as soon as she saw her Nerve Gear. Today was the day Sword Art Online started! She ran over to her computer and started to type, not bothering to sit down. It was officially going to open servers in three minutes! She grabbed the Nerve Gear, plugged it in, and put in the game data for Sword Art Online. Omori put it on and watched the clock in the top right hand corner of her screen. As soon as the clock changed, she said, "Link Start!"

Screens popped up on her screen, checking to make sure all her senses would be working. After that, a character creation screen popped up. She made herself a male after seeing the female character model and hating how sexual they all seemed (Even though her character is male, I'l still refer to Mae as "she"). She chose short green hair, ice blue eyes, tan skin, and a tall but broad body. As soon as she decided he was done, she chose a name, Mae, and a starting weapon, a rapier. After, she was transported to a starting town. Mae marveled at how real it looked, how she could smell everything. She saw the starting rapier on her hip and felt the cool metal on her skin.

In the Town of Beginnings, a dark blue haired figured leaned against the wall. Arms crossed over his chest and he watched. His hair blew in soft the breeze. He had logged in and picked his character. He was dressed kinda casual. He had a single sword on his right hip. He smiled gently before walking out.
