Name: Khian Slate
Age: Sixteen
Gender: Male
Race: Mutant
Sexuality: Bisexual
Appearance: this, but black hair that's a bit longer
Power: Touch Manipulation (unsure of what it's actually called, tbh). His touch alone can heal, cause pain, paralyze a victim, or even manipulate emotions, to a very small extent. He can do more than that, but those are his main 'categories'. Catch is, if he's healing or causing pain, the touch must be continued, and if the contact is broken, the effect will end immediately.
Personality: He has a very strong moral compass and rarely sees any form of 'grey'. It's simply black and white for him, and he punishes those who he deems have done wrong. He can come across as disinterested and aloof, doesn't feel the need to fill silence with pointless chatter, and seemingly has no filter, but in spite of all this, he's actually a sweet person at heart. His smiles are rare, but genuine, and he cares deeply for his friends, though he might have trouble showing it. Deep down he's afraid of being abandoned.
Past: He won't say unless he really trusts the person, and even then, it'll take a while
Strengths: Stealthy, extremely agile, unpredictable, very resilient
Flaws: Doesn't understand sarcasm, really bad with words, believes he's invincible
(for the record, i swear i didn't copy the whole 'black and white' thing from @Pesky_Little_Otter—i copied khian's info from another rp i'm doing right here)
(haha all good, we all have different characters sometimes with similar traits.)
(Would anyone mind me starting?)
(I don't think so, I really want to get this started so please do)
(Alright)
As Arioch reached the train platform he took a moment to note the students around him, each of their powers unique yet so similar. He put on his blindfold and leaned against a pillar, waiting for the train to arrive or for someone to talk to him.
Tiki-Tahji looked around for someone to maybe talk to, she noticed a guy with a blindfold standing nearby, nervously she went up to him and waved her normal arm to say hello while her tentacle was behind her back, "Hello…" She mumbled quietly.
"O-oh, hello!" He gave a small smile and waved back to her. "I'm Arioch, who're you?" He adjusted his blindfold so it wouldn't fall.
"My name is Tiki-Tahji but you can call me, Tiki. It's nice to meet you." Tiki lightly smiled surprised he answered her.
"Nice to meet you too, you're waiting for the train too I presume? Dang thing is probably gonna take ages to get here…" He turned his head to where the train would enter then back to her and shrugged "But who knows, could show up out of thin air knowing some peoples' abilities."
"Hm, Yeah…" Tiki still had her tentacle behind her back, her purple skin glistening in the lantern light as she looked around for the train.
(If you're not closed, may I join you?)
"I hate to intrude but, is your power related to your arm? The one behind your back I mean." Realizing that he overstepped his boundaries, he sighed to himself. "Sorry if I seem rude I'm just curious, I'll make you a deal: you show me your power and I'll show you mine. Sound fair?"
(If you're not closed, may I join you?)
(You'd have to wait for @TheLochNessMage)
She revealed her tentacle nervously waiting for his reaction, "Its not exactly my power but I'm part Kraken…" She'd rather not go into detail about she threw up and bled poisonous ink.
Angel said a last goodbye to his brother as he stepped onto the platform, his wings shown off for anyone to see. He didn't care about any predjiuce that people held towards Avains, much less corrupted ones.
She revealed her tentacle nervously waiting for his reaction, "Its not exactly my power but I'm part Kraken…" She'd rather not go into detail about she threw up and bled poisonous ink.
He nodded, "That is pretty cool, a deal is a deal." He took off his blindfold, revealing his eyes and made strings of light extend from his fingers, a few nicks formed around the back of his hand. "Sadly I can't use them for very long." He retracted them and rubbed the new cuts on his hand.
"Does it hurt?" Tiki asked, frowning slightly.
"Yeah, it's fine though. The nicks should heal in a few hours or so." He put the blindfold back on. "The eyes usually freak people out because of how… well… strange they are."
Tiki blinked, "Oh. Well if it makes you feel any better, I have a tentacle for an arm…" She waved her tentacle around in a joking manner.
Angel pulled his bag behind him, his silver jacket swooshing in the slight wind. He would have to find better clothes, considering this was all he had.
Calypso walked confidently onto the platform to wait for the train. There were already three people waiting for the train, and she could tell by their auras that they were unusual, like her. She strolled over to them. "Hey, guys," she said, leaning on one of the guys.
