Pietro sat up, blinking the sleep from his eyes. More nightmares. He shook his head, trying to clear it. “Piper?”

Wren's right hand flew out in front of her instinctivly, her fingers tense. "Who was that?"

Piper practically ran into Pietro's room. "Finally. I've been trying to wake you up for an hour! Sorry about the water." She apologized, pointing at his soaked shirt.

“Thanks,” Pietro muttered. “Where’s Lolita?”

"SHE'S BEEN CAPTURED YA DOLT THAT'S WHY I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET YOU UP!"

“WAIT WHAT?!?!” Pietro screamed. “No, no, no!” He scrambled out of bed.

Piper nodded, but she grabbed Pietro by the shoulder. "Dude, uh…I need to tell you something first."

Pietro sighed. “What?” He looked slightly annoyed about being held up.

"Lolita's friend? Wren? She's in your living room. And she worked with my mom. She knows what happened to her, and who we are."

“Who we are? You mean, shunned individuals with tragic backstories?” Pietro asked sarcastically, but he was already moving.

"No, supers with secret identities." Piper snapped back, following him.

“Shunned individuals,” Pietro insisted. He stopped in the doorway of the living room. “You say she knew your mom?”

"She worked along side her. My mom died saving her." Piper said softly.

“How old is this lady?”

"Like…….20? I guess?"

“How old was your mum when- sorry, that was insensitive. Where is she?”
