“Bad!” Pietro yelped, rushing over. “Agh, very very bad. I will get her to a hospital.” He picked up her limp form and raced off.
“Bad!” Pietro yelped, rushing over. “Agh, very very bad. I will get her to a hospital.” He picked up her limp form and raced off.
Lolita felt a shake running through her body. She shuddered violently, and her legs and waist turned invisible for a split second.
“What the @#%!” Pietro cried as half of his charge turned invisible. “Dam, everyone here has a superpower. And here I was thinking I was unique. Well, don’t to that in the hospital,” he told the half-conscious Lolita.
His classmates had yet to return to the classroom, but the teacher didn't seem the least bit worried. Aaron tapped his pencil against his desk impatiently.
Lolita's arm turned invisible, but she didn't realize it as she reached up and touched the boy's hair.
Heather picked up something and went running at the thing not knowing what to do she threw it at the thing she really hoped it wasn't a big mistake but it probably was…
The man whirled around to Heather, aiming his arm at her. Piper heard an all too familiar whirring sound and her breath caught. She leaped up, flipping over the man's head and landing in front of him. She grabbed his arm. Yes! it was metal, and on top of that, mechanical. Piper's eyes glowed an electric blue and the man fell to the ground, out cold. Piper grabbed her phone and called her friend. "Mei-ling? I need you to come take care of something." They conversed for a few minutes, then Piper took off towards the hospital. I can't believe it. After all I did to prevent all this, it still happened. She thought, worried for Lolita and feeling guilty for what had happened. It was her fault. Again. It always was.
(aaahh I still don't know what to do with Aaron)
Lolita's arm turned invisible, but she didn't realize it as she reached up and touched the boy's hair.
“Who’s touching me? Did you go invisa-girl again? Dam it. Okay. Stop it, and no questions asked,” Pietro said, entering the hospital at the fastest human speed possible. “HELP!!”
Lolita felt something trickle down the side of her head and into her mouth. She tasted blood and gagged. "Where's Piper??" she asked hazily.
“Who?” Pietro asked between calls for help as a nurse came running over.
"Piper," Lolita whispered. Her legs began to vanish. No no no!! They reappeared.
“Stay with me,” Pietro urged. “We’ll hook you up to life support or something. You know what-“ He sped off, using his superpower. The nurse looked around, confused.
(Ugh… this is always so awkwaaaaaaard… but, uhm… Pietro and Lolita?)
//yes
//i was thinking the same lol
"Life support? It's just my head," Lolita giggled, which sent waves of pain over her skull. She yelped.
(Oh good, yay!)
“Don’t. Laugh,” Pietro instructed.
"Your hair is soft…" Lolita played with a loose strand of his hair with her invisible hand.
“Reappear,” Pietro said urgently, frantically hooking up wires and injecting painkillers.
Lolita's faint outline appeared on the bed. She closed her eyes.
Pietro kept her alive, working as fast as he could. “Stay alive, stay alive, stay alive.” The nurse rushed in, saw him, and, eyes wide, backed out, calling for a doctor.
Lolita knew that she had to summon the strength to become fully visible, but she still knew that she was too weak. She began to focus and become more and more visible.
“Good,” Pietro said, his body a blur as he continued performing simple but life-saving practices on Lolita. “Okay, just… uh…. torso! Torso solid!”
