Alice tightened her grip on Eve's arm. She fixed Johan, waiting for his answer.

Johan swirled the last of his champagne around in the bottom of his glass. He smiled. "Great," he said warmly, "I look forward to working with you. Regrettably, I must restrain you. I hope you don't mind?" He waved at his lackeys again, who began moving in.
'Has she gone mad?!' Xavier though, 'I would never follow this mad pig!' Glaring at her, he shook his head slowly. Looking out the window, he glanced down under the table, just hoping Leonard, or anyone in that matter, would do something stupid so he could begin the fight.
Alice stood still while she was tied up. She motioned to Xavier to do the same.
Cuddled tightly, Leonard watched silently in fear as his teacher was hand cuffed. 'What could I do?' He thought fearfully, all he could do now was wait and hope for the best.
Sighing, he did as Alice wanted. He knew his wife was coming, and once she arrived she would help them, but if they were gone by then, she would find them.
Johan suddenly froze. His gaze slowly turned towards another table βthe table where Leonard crouched. "Who is that kid, by the way? I feel as though I've seen him before." He pointed. "Take him too." Then he sat back, satisfied.
"Godammit," Alice said under her breath. She watched as Leonard was dragged out from under the table and hauled to his feet.
Evera protested. "He's just a kid!" She glanced at Alice and then lowered her gaze. "But I guess you don't give a shit about kids."
Johan looked mildly insulted. "Don't be rude. Let's go, everyone!"
'If I was only a foot taller their would be the ones fighting for their lives!' He thought, 'I feel so much like a baby now, and I'm 16!'
Xavier casted a long glance at the short boy, 'what will he do to him? he looks like a 9 year old? Will Johan hurt a 9 year old?'
"I've seen Johan torture a four-year-old to madness and then kill him in cold blood, Xavier," Alice told him painfully.
"What part of let's go do you all not understand?" Johan leap to his feet and motioned to his ninjas to move the group forward. "Come, now. I'm excited. There's a limo out front. I hope you guys like it."
'I'll probably hate it.' Xavier thought grimly, 'those types of vehicles are soooo stupid.'
The group reached the limo in a few moments. When Johan said parked out front, he really meant it: he was parked practically in the middle of the street. No one seemed to care. Everyone looked the other way. Evera's mouth set in a grim line. How much power did this guy really have?
'Yeah, we need to get my son over here, then he can teleport this pig to the Vacivuslands.' Coming out of thought, Xavier began his usual 'Il kill u soon' glare.
The group piled into the limo, carefully because of their restraints. It was surprisingly not a tight squeeze. The limo was enormous. Johan sat between Alice and Evera, and Xavier and Leonard sat across from them. Johan reached into the cooler and pulled out a bottle of red wine. "Anyone?" he offered, his smile wide.
Looking down the street, a white car drove up and parked at the side of the rode, quite far from the limo. Shaking his head to the unknown driver, he watched silently as the car pulled out and drove away from him and his group, 'I cant let him get her.' he thought sadly, 'I must stop this madness.'
"I prefer tea." Xavier blurted as his eyes trailed the vanishing car.
Johan tsked. "Oh, what a shame. Perhaps that can be arranged once we get to my headquarters. I wouldn't want you uncomfortable, good doctor."
"Can I have wine? Or am I too young?" Leonard asked, making sure he did not sound like a 16 year old.
"No, your too young." Xavier said quickly, 'Shut up please!'
Johan laughed, pulling the cork off of the bottle. "Hey, why not let the kid have fun? C'mon, kid. Have a sip. What's your name, anyway?" He offered the bottle to Leonard.
"I'll just like a cup, not the hole bottle." Glancing at Xavier quickly, he continued, "Well, my name? Everyone just calls me Leo, an-and I like being called that."
