Marya raised an eyebrow and started the car again, keeping her eyes on the road.

He rested his cheek on the armrest and shut his eyes.

She glanced over at Gabriel, who looked asleep and sighed.

He had folded his legs in. It looked uncomfortable, but apparently it was just fine to him as he slept soundly.

The drive was long, with rolling landscapes and tall city lines.

So her passenger easily slipped back to sleep.
