Victoria strolled outside, not in a rush, draining another beer and throwing the bottle at the villain. The glass shattered on the forcefield and sprayed to the floor.

Max turns to look at Victoria, "Nice throw, would've hit if there wasn't a force field, I reckon."

Flare looked at the forcefield, slightly confused. "Wait, did you say that nothing can come in or out? Doesn't that mean that this is protecting me from other people? And you said 'nobody', meaning that I can still use my powers?" Flare was not the brightest of people, and this took him a while to comprehend.

"Eh… nah. Not really." she bluffed. Dare had no idea if it would do that or not.

"Look just give us the kid!" Enzo said impatiently. He was starting to feel kind of itchy from the smoke and he just wanted to go home and take a nap.

Dare closed the field down so the villain couldn't stand up anymore to show she meant business.
