"Please sir!" A random woman threw herself into Enzo's arms just before he reached the villain. Enzo flinched and jumped back, "Uh…"
"Please save my son! He's being held hostage!" She screamed.
Enzo started to say no, hell no, why would he help her, but she continued, "I'll give you ANYTHING."
"Anything? As in…cash?"
"Enzo…" Dare said warningly.
"Wait, wait, let me just…" Enzo held the woman at arm's length. "Like would you literally, actually pay money if i went over there and rescued your kid?"
The woman gazed up at him, completely dazed. "You want…cash? I mean, yeah, I–I'll do anything. H-how much?"
Enzo smirked. "Uh… Dare. How much would you charge for a rescue?"
"Hmmm… I guess five, six thousand dollars? Maybe more depending on how dangerous it is."
"Oh, damn, that's steep. I'm not that much of an ass." He looked at the woman with a strained smile. "Alright, how about a good…eh…two thousand?"
The woman's eyes welled with tears. "That's my rent money…" She took a deep breath. "But I'll do anything for my son."
Enzo was hardly listening to her. "Okay, cool. Money up front. Then I'll save him."
The woman rummaged around in her bag and wrote up a check for a thousand dollars. "Enzo Ramirez?" she repeated after he said it, writing it down.
"Alright." He cracked his knuckles. "Let's go."
Dare stole an olive green scarf. "Damn yeah." she said.
(you wanna play the villain? Since i played the random lady?)
Enzo strode up to the villain, glaring at him with his hands on his hips. "Yikes."

(I can play the villain since Binh An's a wuss)
Max leaves the shop to back to the others. He sees Enzo facing the villain looking like they're about to fight and runs back to the apartment. He puts the bags down on the counter before going back out. Watching Enzo from a distance.
(@… okay)
Enzo stared down the villain. It was dressed kind of chaotically –orange, red, and yellow clashed together in his spandex suit. It looked like his eyebrows were made of fire. He waved at him, trying to gain his attention. "Hello? Mr. Villain sir?"
Dare sighed. Enzo was such an idiot.
The villain glared down towards the source of the sound, easily identifying the man who had dared to call him Mr.Villain sir. "The name is Flare, and what do you want?" He growled, his tone not the most pleasant.
"We kinda just want the kid, and we'll be on our way. Fair trade?" Dare asked.
"Fl…are…" Enzo repeated hesitantly. "That's…dumb. Anyway. I'm Enzo Ramirez. I live just over there," he pointed with his thumb back behind him. "And I'm broke as sh*t. So I took some money from this weepy old lady to save her kid. And here we are."
"Dumb? I'll have you know that it is one of the most prestigious names I know and…" Flare ranted, his anger livid in his eyes. "Does it matter to me that you're broke? You probably can't even defeat me!"
"Hmm…" Dare said. "I think it'll be easy." she said. She made a force field around Flare and started to make it close in, very slowly. "The perks of this power is nobody can get in…. or out. Give us the kid and I'll let you go with a warning. Don't and… Well, you'll be a firey pancake."
"Yeah, whatever she said," Enzo said, grinning. "Give us the kid, 2 cent Guy Fieri."
Max walks over to the others, seeing that Flare was most likely not a threat he greeted them, "Hey guys."
"I could, in another reality, be a good villain. But so far being a chaotic neutral superhero…. superhero hooker suits me best." she flashed an evil grin.
"Superhero hooker," Enzo repeated. "Damn. I guess that's what we are. Selling our services for cash. Wow."
"Let's get a website," Max says, grinning.
Dare continued to close down on the villain. "So, give us the kid, once we have him I'll let you out."
Sam looked up from their book, hearing a large noise outside. "Goddammit, it's the weird neighbors again," they muttered, heading outside to knock on the door. "Hey! Assholes! Shut the fuck up!"
(can someone unoccupied respond to sam?)

(I got you)
Binh An opened the door, revealing the short Indian girl who lived next door. He sighed not really interested in what she was complaining about. "Enzo and the others are out trying to stop a supervillain right now so I'd like to think that it isn't too loud," he remarked.
Flare looked at the forcefield, slightly confused. "Wait, did you say that nothing can come in or out? Doesn't that mean that this is protecting me from other people? And you said 'nobody', meaning that I can still use my powers?" Flare was not the brightest of people, and this took him a while to comprehend.
