Cicada had a side grin as the two raced each other. She wondered if she should race too.

Riverpaw heard what Uriah said, but was too busy trying not to fall or squeal in terror to respond.
Danielle glanced over at Uriah as she started to catch up. "Damn cheater!"

"He's got Riverpaw on his back, Dani, it's only fair." Durbin shouted.

Cicada laughed under her breath. Or maybe that was a them thing.

"Come on, your going to win it's the least you could do." He laughed as he touched the wall and ran back the other way. Maybe he would win?

Cicada quickly moved towards Uriah and put her foot in his way tripping him up.

"Katherine!" He glared up at her and quickly sat up checking on Riverpaw, she seemed okay. Thank goodness he fell on his stomach and not his back. "What in the name of the Devil was that for?" He stood and wiped himself off. Now his nice suite was a mess. He so badly wanted to keep yelling at her, but now Danielle was in the lead.

Nyna was watching the race from a far distance and she was entertained. "I hope the cute bunny girl wins…" She thought to herself.

Cicada was full out laughing as she hit the back of his head, "Cicada! And you were winning, I wanted to give her a chance ya demon."

Riverpaw sat up and shook her fur, then sat and looked up at Uriah. "A-are you okay?"
Danielle laughed from up ahead, glancing back at them.

(Imma pretend that Harley was there the whole time)
Harley sat down awkwardly

Nyna saw a girl sit down and she walked up to her, "Hello there, I believe I've never introduced myself. My name's Nyna and you are?"

“Me?” Harley asked

"Well isn't it obvious?" He said, shapeshifting into a familiar fork-tailed, upright standing cat.
"It's me, Mr. Nekoichi!"

"Wait, What? I'm sorry, but I don't understand " She said and pressed against her temples and ignored the stares and gawks kids were giving her.

Nyna nodded, "Yes."

“I’m Harley.” She said aniling

Nyna did a friendly smile, "It's a pleasure to meet you Harley."

"I hate you." He said jokingly. He looked at Riverpaw. "I'm more worried about you, are you okay?" He said he wasn't going to let anything happen to her so if she got hurt he would've felt really bad.

Riverpaw rubbed behind her ear with her paw, whining quietly. "I-I hit my head a little, but I'll live. Th-this isn't my first Danielle rodeo." She smiled up at him. "He is pretty nice, I guess. I see why Dani likes him so much."

"S-Should I check it? Maybe you should go to the nurse, you might have a concussion." Oh, man, if something happens to her Danielle will kill me. worry was written all over his face. "M-Maybe we should get an ice pack?"

"N-no, no! I-I'm fine, really! It..stings a-a little but-" She closed her eyes for a moment, and a faint green hue surrounded her paw. Her ear twitched as she placed her paw on the side of her head, the glow disappearing a few seconds later. "Th-there, see? Just fine. W-why are you so worried about me?"
Danielle trotted over, observing worriedly.

Uriah fell to the ground. "I forgot you could do that." He laughed and rubbed the back of his neck embarrassed. "I was seriously worried for a moment."

Riverpaw's tail wagged a little bit, and she giggled. "Why? I-I may not be a fighter, but I'm n-not helpless."

"No, no I didn't mean it like that." He waved his hands in front of him. "Ah, this is so not cool." He gave her a smile. I'm so lame. He knew Katherine would be laughing at him at this point.

Cicada was doubled over on the floor dying of laughter. This was too good to be true. She's holding this over him for a long time.
