Ajax’s eyes flew open and he looked over at Lilly. He smiled gently, shoulders dropping in relief. « Hi. »
Lilly managed a small smile back, looking around awkwardly before clearing up her throat. "So–um–do you have something I could use to cover this…?" She asked, pointing at her face with a small awkward smile.
Ajax bit back a smile, and with a nod he put a hand on Lilly’s shoulder and walked her back to the bathroom. He rifled through his bag, finally pulling out some makeup wipes and a small box of matte powder. « Good enough? » he asked.
Lilly nodded, looking a bit surprised when she saw the makeup wipes and matte powder. "Why do you have this stuff?" She asked, raising an eyebrow towards Ajax. A smile appeared on her face after a few moments. "Got a secret girlfriend?"
(Sorry for the absence!)
Ajax snorted. “Right.” He turned to face Lilly, a playful half smile on his face. “I had to stop by Boots to buy this for my sister, genius. Now run along and make yourself up,” he told her, handing her the stuff.
(Heyyyy, so I know I haven't been on notebook for a long time, and I was wondering if you still wanted to keep this going? I just read through the rp and their relationship is so cute and I love it)
(WELCOME BAAAAAAAACK BY THE WAAAAAAAAAAAAY YOU GORGEOUS HUMAN BEINGGGGGGGGGG)
(We can continue this!)
(I doubt the gorgeous human part and yay!!)
Lilly gladly took the makeup and went into the women's bathroom, using a few wipes to clean up the grime and tears before using a bit of the matte powder, she's never one to wear much makeup. After she thought she looked presentable, she took the makeup and left the bathroom, smiling thankfully at Ajax and handing him the makeup. "Thank you so much, I don't know what I'm gonna do without you!"
(Don't you doubt it ❤️❤️ I missed you)
He wrinkled his nose, tempted for a snide remark. Leaning onto the doorframe to watch her do her makeup, he smiled softly.
"You'll never have to wonder, then."
(Aww thanks, and I missed you too!)
Lilly couldn't help but blush a bit at what Ajax had said, a smile appearing on her face. "I'm glad I won't have to."
She smiled and his heart fluttered lightly. Not now.
"So, how's the boyfriend?" he asked casually, as if he hadn't noticed how much quieter Lily got around him.
Lilly glanced at him at the question, sighing softly. "Fine," she replied, hoping Ajax wouldn't recognize that she had lied.
(Hey,, you still up for this?)
(Like I said, absolutely again! Unless you don't want to of course)
(No no, I'd love to!)
Ajax wrinkled his nose delicately. "Okay but, see," he started mildly, "you're an awful liar and I'm a people person, so spill."
"I…" Lilly sighed softly, not sure what to say and how to word it. "I don't know how to say what be does to me…" She felt like she might cry if she kept thinking about it.
Ajax sighed deeply, his heart sinking. Somehow, he couldn't bear to look over at her. "Alright look. You're really great. I don't know what he does to you, but it's nothing good. Talk to me or not, but don't do nothing. You don't deserve a jackass boyfriend."
(Also, welcome back!!! It's good to see you active and alive)
Lilly glanced at Ajax, wondering what he thought if her now. "How about I tell you afterschool? Jay has ears everywhere."
(Active and alive XD thank you!!)
"Yeah see, that kind of sentence worries me. But sure, I'll wait by the cafeteria for you, deal?"
"Deal." Lilly glanced at the clock. "I gotta go to class now, see you later." And with that, she was off to her next class.
Ajax sighed, shaking his head. What a complicated, sordid story this was about to turn into.
Lilly made it to math class and sat in the back, doodling or thinking about what to say to Ajax the whole time.
(Should we time skip or something?)
(Sure, when to? I feel like we should plan something out or something cause I don't remember where this was going)
(Lilly was going to tell Ajax about her relationship with Jay and we should skip to when they meet up)
