Zanna leaned against the table she had finished cleaning, “Yeah. What is up with you two anyways? And don’t just say the ol Alpha Omega crap. There’s something else going on.”

"Greasers and Socials? I dunno. I've always gotten along well, but it's something about Acadius wanting to be the top at all times. The Greasers are at the bottom, but they want to be at the top too, right? So, tensions are high."
Zanna shrugged, “Good enough. It’s just ya don’t see any other gangs fight as often as those two do. It’s just strange.”
Lisbet nodded, folding her arms. "Maybe one day the two gangs will just combine?"
Zanna smiled at the thought, “When that day comes, I hope I’m there to see it. Otherwise I’ll make them do it again.”
"Yeah. Hey, do you need a job? Pop's is short-staffed. We could use someone like you." She finished mopping the floor, dumping the soggy straws/cups and glass into the trash can.
Zanna thought fir a second. The bike shop wasn’t making enough money, and well she was desperate. She nodded, “I do need one. Ya think I’ll get hired though?”
"If you have my recommendation, Pop will definitely say yes." Lisbet gave her a thumbs up. She tied her apron back on. "Just don't do anything stupid."
Zanna laughed as she finished wiping the last table, “I’ll try not to. Thanks.”
"Great." She smiled and started wiping the windows.
(Sorry that I disappeared.)
Beau walked back towards Vien with a few different bottles of beer and soda as he sat down next to him on the ground. He took a sip from his own bottle of beer as he followed Vien's gaze towards the pictures. "You finally got to see mini-me," He said after a pause, chuckling lightly as a small smile brightened his features.
“You definitely are mini,” Vien chuckled, folding his hands in his lap as he looked up at the pictures. They reminded him of the ones that used to line his brother’s walls, photo after photo of family and landscape
"Yeah," Beau nodded, laughing softly as he took another sip from his drink and motioned towards the other bottles for Vien. "I'm still mini. Five foot and ten inches to be exact." He added, a small grin spreading across his face as he glanced over at Vien and the pictures. It was funny that the only thing he had taken from his old home was the pictures. Not weapons or supplies. Just the pictures.
Vien reached for a beer tentatively, opening it and taking a small sip. He didn't like to take things unless they were offered. Just one of his odd little quirks, he supposed. "I wouldn't call you mini. You're rather tall compared t-to most people. Everyone just seems mini to me since I'm s-six foot." He also thought the fact that Beau was shorter than him was kind of adorable, not that he would admit it
"Yeah, what's it like being six foot?" Beau asked as he turned towards Vien, a small smile on his face as he looked up at the other boy. Even now, he had to look up towards Vien, but Beau's slouched posture didn't exactly help add to his own height. He set his own bottle down, already feeling a bit drowsy from the drink.
"A lot of ramming your head into d-doorframes and people expecting you to bite their head off as soon as eye contact is m-made," Vien chuckled, taking another sip of his beer as he smiled faintly at Beau. He wasn't quite worried about getting drunk since he was a bit of a heavyweight
"Door frames?" Beau repeated, chuckling lightly as a bright grin lit up his features. "When you're short and at a store, you practically need to climb the shelves to get what you need." He explained, something in him warming when he saw Vien smile.
"I'm only two inches taller than you, Beau. I'm s-sure you can reach things just fine," Vien said, a small laugh escaping him as he took another sip of his beer. "What, do you want to sit on my s-shoulders or something? Then we really w-would be running into doorframes."
"I think we would be running into more than doorframes. Maybe whole roofs and buildings," Beau answered as he ran a hand through his light hair, a bright smile tugging the corners of his lips up. Only now did he realize that this was the first time in years that he had smiled. Actually smiled.
"Wait, what if we tried it?" Vien suggested with a laugh. All he could think of was Beau on his shoulders as they ran through the house, crashing through the doorframes like the koolaid commercial
"Wait, really?" Beau asked, laughing lightly as he glanced around the house. He knew for sure that if he got onto Vien's shoulder's, his head would crash right into the roof. The house wasn't exactly tall or stable.
"Well, if you want to try. Though we probably wouldn't g-get too far without the two of us running into the roof and crashing to the floor," Vien chuckled. "So on second thought, not my brightest idea t-today." He finished his beer, setting it to the side as he looked at Beau. It was probably a bad idea to drink around someone, particularly Beau, but he couldn't bring himself to care too much
"I'm kind of drunk and Lucky isn't home to tell me not to do stupid shit," Beau explained, taking a sip of his beer and frowning when he realized it was empty. "Let's try it." He finished, pushing himself up and wobbling faintly as a bright grin made it's way to his face.
"Well luckily I'm tipsy too, so we have an e-excuse," Vien laughed, moving to sit up. "How do you plan on getting on top of my shoulders? Should I just…s-sit on my knees or something?"
"Great." She smiled and started wiping the windows.
Zanna looked around, "So what should I do next? I don't think I ever caught you name too."
"My name's Lisbet. You can start by throwing the trash bags into the dumpster?" She motioned towards two large, black trash bags and pointed outside. "The dumpster's behind the diner. You can't miss it."
