"I don't know about you, Anya, but… let's just say that I found some dirt on that asshole, Thomas, for telling on us. Did you know that he has a huge crush on Alex?" Sam said mischievously.

"I deed not need to know zat." Anya said, bored.

Sam waved a hand dismissively. "Yeah, just found him drunk at a bar yesterday and 'kindly' offered to help him home. He also has a thing for macaroni and cheese,"

"Ooooh Chess do you have anything you want to share?" Rhea said as she tried to pry a locked shelf open

"Vell, let's get on vith eet. Ve 'aven't got all day." Anya said, throwing a book at Rhea's head.

(some random person at the high school) "Ow! That hurt— um guys I found something…" Rhea said quietly

"Really, drunk?" Aspen shook her head.

Chesster looked over her shoulder. "What is it?"

"Dude! Don't throw the books! You could seriously hurt someone!" Tahlia said, exasperated.

"Vhat deed you find?" Anya asked, curious.

"It's an old leather journal." she said flipping it over to see the back," it has weird symbols on it and it's buckled in front."

Anya walked over. "May I?" she asked, wanting to examine the book.

Chesster peered at it. "It's in a different language for sure."

"What a strange thing for a school to have." Aspen said poking her head in to the group.

She hesitated for a second before replying "Maybe we should sit down at a table first so that we all can see" She stood up and moved to one of the tables near Veronica. setting the book down she gestured to Anya "I don't think its in Russian, you taught me how to spell hello remember? It looks nothing like that" She said

Chesster cleared his throat. "It looks similar to Thessalonian and a little like Greek." He blushed. "Sorry….I like that kind of stuff…"

Anya examined it. "Vell, I'm going to open eet." she said. "Eet can't hurt us at all, zo maybe…" she opened the page. (What happens now?)

“But Greek looks different, Chess.”

"Yeah I'm just saying it looks similar."

“Well yea I guess it does…”

"Hmm Veronica mind giving us that book your reading? It'son Ancient Languages." Rhea looks over at her Waiting for her to respond. Suddenly Tahlia comes running with a book in her hand.
