Further down the from the first figure there was another person just standing in the middle of the side walk. 'This is starting to feel like a horror movie. Well I can handle myself if I have to.'

Trying to take slow breaths, Ani closed her eyes and jumped out of the tree. She hit the ground hard, rolled, and stood up. She sprinted away, not caring where she was going, just wanting to get away from the girl who had seen her use her powers. Mom will KILL me if she finds out. She thought, panicking.

Rhea walked up to Ani, they put Ani in a temporary stasis field. "Sister, I see nothing chasing you. calm down."

"How did you get up there so fast?" Autumn called up and she lifted herself higher to meet the girl.

Ashley was on alert, just in case. She kept walking, the person was not too far from her. She started walking a little faster then slipped on a slick part of the path and fell.

She cursed under her breath. She looked down and realized her jeans were wet from the rain on the path. She slowly got up.

After watching one of the figures just eat it on the side Lexi rethought her horror movie idea, 'Man, Dad's paranoia is starting to get to me I'm seeing threats were there are none. Time to be a good person.' Lexi cut across the to the person who fell, "Are you ok? Do you need any help?" She offered her hand.

"What? Yeah I'm fine, Thanks." She said. She took the hand and stood up. "Thank you."

"You sure? It look like you hit hard from my side of the road." She smiled. Wet hair was sticking to her face, "What brings you out in this weather?"

"Boredom. Wanted to get away from tech for a little bit." She said. She extended a hand. "I'm Ashley."

Lexi took the hand and shook "Bordum drove me out here too, I'm Lexi."

Ashley pushed some hair out of her face. Sometimes long hair sucks. She thought. "You live near here? I live about a half mile that way." She said, not really knowing what else to say. She pointed in the direction of her house.

"To be honest I live more in the city. I'm just exploring trying to find something interesting and I was tired of the apartment." she gave a more mischievous smile, "Got out using the fire escape."

"Nice" Ashley said, slightly impressed.

"If my dad finds out I will regret it though," she rolled her eyes, "But life is meant to be lived."

Meg saw the addition of another girl and almost turned around, but she determinedly kept walking. When she was level with the two strangers, she raised a hand, muttered, “Hi,” and tried to keep walking.

Ani squirmed. "Let me out!" She said. "I was running… for fun."

Autumn blinked. She blinked again. What had just happened? She watched the girl run without thinking of chasing her. Of course, she should chase her! But then… She was really comfortable in this tree!

Concentrating hard, Ani kicked at the stasis field. A light burst out of her hand at the stasis field around her. Nothing happened. "Can you get me out?" She asked Rhea.

"Hey." Ashley said as the stranger passed.

“How’s it going?” Meg said, resigned to the fact that she would have to be social with this strange pair. “I saw you fall a few minutes ago. You alright?”

"Sure, sister." they said, dropping their sister a few feet.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks for asking." Ashley responded with a slight smile.
