Adrielle sent a punch at one guy, who blocked it and kicked her leg. She grunted in pain and shot a burst of energy at him.

"So rude. Am I not allowed to appreciate the hotness of people I meet?" Peggy asked, plopping down in a spinning office chair and sliding to one of the table.
The man screamed and fell back, a stub where his arm had been. The other two stopped attacking, looking at her fearfully. Adrielle smirked and shot energy at them, too, and limped away, leaving three smoking corpses behind her.

"You are…but sometimes it's creepy," She explained, walking on the wall. "You can be over the top, like all the time."
After a few more minutes, Klaus came limping out, a single crutch under his left armpit.
"Surgery went off without a hitch," Adam said cheerfully.
"I do feel a whole lot better," Klaus admitted, sitting down on the closest available surface. "Thanks, Adam."
"Just doing my job, Mr. Kasady."
Peggy was fiddling with what looked like a disassembled ray gun, and looked up as Klaus came out. "Thanks for helping, Adam! Glad to see you aren't dead, man."
"Only on the outside," he said dryly, waving his crutch around haphazarly.
"Careful. If you break something in here without express permission, you'll be paying with your soul." Peggy deadpanned, looking back at her project.
He craned his neck to get a better view of the weapon. "What is that, an IKEA DIY laser gun or some shit?"
"I hate you with all my heart." Peggy said, waving with one hand for him to grab a chair. "Stolen tech. Grabbed it off some space ship a little while ago, and I'm seeing how it works. Reverse engineering."
Jaz looked down from the ceiling at Klaus, her curly brown hair hanging down and framing her face. "So you're the new Carnage, huh?"
(Could I take Magneto? I have a general idea of a character I'll post later…)
Robin yawned, walking along the streets with his music blaring through headphones. He had no particular destination in mind, his classes had let out early so he was honestly just wondering.
(Yes, Magneto is fine!)
"Pretty much, yeah. With a little less of the whole, 'I'm a murderous dickwad,' aspect of him." He leaned back in the chair and sighed.
Adrielle's leg had finally healed, and she was running.
"Quite the cast of character today has brought about." Peggy muttered to herself, in a sing-song voice.
"It seems like the Marvel girl may pose a problem," he said. "Doesn't look like she's on our side."

Klaus stood up, arching his back until it cracked. "Alright, I'm heading off. Let's hope I don't get jumped by a faceless super-villain again."
He stood up and walked into the elevator. 15 minutes later he was hobbling down the side walk a few meters away from the main entrance to Stark Tower, cursing himself for leaving the crutch.
"Psst, Adam. I have a number for you." Peggy said, looking up from her mess of machinery.
"What is it, Ms. Starks?" the immaculate British voice asked.
Peggy pulled the card Klaus had given her out of the pocket of her jacket, which was hanging off the back of her chair. She listed each number off in a clear voice, raising an eyebrow at how bad the handwriting was. Which was hypocritical, considering her literally looked like a mess of scribbles. "You get that?"
"Yes, ma'am. Would you like to call Mr. Kasady now?" Adam's processors already had the dialer up and ready.
"Uh…yeah, alright. Might as well make sure it's not a fake number." Peggy shrugged, looking back down at her gun.
The speakers reverberated the ringing noise for 5 seconds, and then the muffled click of the phone being answered.
"Who's this?" Klaus' voice asked over the speakers.
