"That's cool," Lillian nodded. He still seemed off, but now wasn't the time to question him.

Oh, thank god… Lloyd breathed a quiet sigh of relief and kept walking. "Yeah… what class do you have first?" He asked, trying to change the subject.
"I'm heading to history first," Lillian said, "What about you?"
"Calculus. It really sucks to do it first thing in the morning, sometimes…" He sighed, looking tired. He had noticeable circles under his eyes from stress and sleep deprivation.
"Sounds like it," Lillian studied him for a second, "Did you sleep at all last night?"
Lloyd was quiet for a moment. "…No. I had homework."
"Homework shouldn't take you all night long," Lillian kept her voice from going to a snap, "You need sleep Lloyd."
Lloyd yawned. "Well, I dunno… I didn't understand all of it and I wanted to get it all done, so I worked it several different ways until I understood the equation properly. Also, it's due tomorrow, so I didn't want to put it off…"
"That's, that's a lot of work you probably didn't have to do," Lillian said in slight disbelief, "God you really care about your education."
He nodded, rubbing at his eyes a bit. "I skipped a grade or two, so it's hard… my classmates aren't any help either. They just tease me."
"Oh," Lillian laughed a little, "Forgot about that part a little."
"Yeah… juniors are mean sometimes. And I'm short, so they can get… uh… rough."
"Jesus Lloyd," Lillian looked at him wide eyed, "Don't ya think you should tell a teacher or counselor about this?"
He shook his head. "I'm okay… they're not really doing any lasting damage."
"That doesn't matter," Lillian responded, "They're still hurting you physically and you need to tell someone so it can stop. It may not be lasting now, but it could get worse."
Lloyd fell quiet. "I… m-maybe…" He rubbed one arm nervously.
"I can come with you?" Lillian offered. Being a complete hypocrite to her own situation.
"N-No, that's alright, really." He smiled weakly to reassure her. "We should really get to class."
"Yeah, let me know if your mind ever changes," Lillian responded as she smiled back.
Lloyd nodded and waved as he went to his calculus class.
(Time skip to after this class? I have an idea oof)
(I am for whatever this idea is. SO sure.)
(Noice)
"Hey, Windsor!" Lloyd turned around and was pushed into the lockers, dropping his books. A tall junior guy, likely a jock, picked him up by the front of his hoodie and exposed some of the feathers of his wings. "What's this…?" He asked, confused. He tugged at one of the feathers and Lloyd flinched. The jock pulled off Lloyd's hoodie and exposed his wings. Lloyd cowered against the lockers, his face flushed with fear and shame.
(I've been standing on my bed for the past 3 minutes looking for a spider that I smacked off the ceiling. I haven't found it but I've relaxed enough to sit down.)
(Lol rip)
(Reinserting myself in this because I can)
Belle just so happened to be passing through the hall and stopped dead. "Hey! Put him down! Now!" What are you doing?! I have to protect my angels! What kind of God would I be if I didn't?
