Lloyd hid his face in his hands before standing up. He opened the door and hugged Lillian, tears rolling down his cheeks. "I-I'm sorry you have to take care of me in this weakened state…"
Lloyd hid his face in his hands before standing up. He opened the door and hugged Lillian, tears rolling down his cheeks. "I-I'm sorry you have to take care of me in this weakened state…"
Lillian hugged him back, "Don't be sorry. I'm happy to take care of it."
(stormy…)
"A-And I'm sorry that you have to see me like this…" He laughed weakly, pulling away and wiping the tears from his face. The circles under his eyes were darker now, contrasting starkly against his incredibly pallid complexion. He also seemed to have grown thinner; likely from throwing up anything he attempted to eat.
Lillian laughed, "Lloyd might I just say. I've seen worse."
"Yeah, okay. I-I've seen myself, and even I'll attest to the fact that I look sick and terrible. My face is practically white, Lil. And all my bones are jutting out, a-and I'm always nauseas and lightheaded…"
Lillian smiled, "That's just because you're sick. You'll look better once you're well and that's all that matters."
Lloyd groaned, leaning against Lillian. "My head feels weird… and my legs are all shaky… t-they only work when I'm running to throw up…"
"Did you sleep at all last night?" Lillian asked him.
"Nooooo…. I-I couldn't…. those stupid cracker things kept making me nauseas…." Lloyd rubbed his eyes, looking up at Lillian and generally just looking weak and exhausted. "I haven't slept for days…"
Lillian looked down at him, "Then get some sleep. That'll make you feel better."
"I've tried…" Lloyd yawned, leaning against Lillian's shoulder. "I can't get more than a few minutes before getting nauseas or my head hurting or one of the ten million other things keeping me awake…"
(Hey I’m really sorry. I had to go to my little brothers bday party)
Lillian smiled, "Maybe I can help."
She started singing softly.
(It's fine!)
(Join ussssss)
I will. Lemme read first
(Yeet!)
(And Darren trembled in the corner as Lloyd violently threw up)
(We figured he would do as much.)
(So um Darren watched her sing and cried both because of how beautiful it was and out of fear)
(lol)
(That's great. LLOYD RESPOND!)
Lloyd closed his eyes, leaning weakly against Lillian. The storm had stopped, so he was a bit less anxious. He eventually went limp, although it didn't make much difference since he's so light.
Lillian stopped singing. She picked Lloyd up and laid him on down on the couch. She covered him in a blanket. She walked over to Darren and said softly, "Let's go to school now."
