"What is this? It's music." She turned it off, already hating the silence.

“Yes, what musical?”

"Dear Evan Hansen. One of my favorites." She smiled slightly.

“Broadway?”

"Well of course. Is there any other?" She chuckled.

“I went to a musical once, it was enjoyable,”

"So, um how's everyone doing?" Lillian asked Ryan.

"Oh really? What musical was it?"

“Be More Chill,”

"Ooo, I've heard that's a good one." She listened closely. "It sounds like it's calmed down, you wanna head back downstairs?"

He looked around like he hadn’t heard her but got off the bed anyways and headed for the door.

She stayed by the stairs, leaning against the railing and giving no indication that she was there.
