Lillian was looking down at him with a grin and blush, "Um yeah."
"Okay, dude, you need to chill. You're starting to creep me out. Jeez, no wonder I broke up with you."
Cooper looked hurt beyond words as he stood and walked out, slamming the door behind him. Ryan frowned, āThat was a bit harsh, we actually kind of like himā¦ā
"Harsh? I don't think it was harsh. Maybe a bit strong but it needed to be. He's my ex, supposedly, why does he keep hanging around anyway? Everyone knows exes don't make good friends." She answered cluelessly.
(BELLE YOU LOVE HIM! YOU LITERALLY FUCKED HIM LIKE YESTERDAY!)
(WELL EXCUSE ME BELLE ISN'T THE SAME BELLE THAT WAS EVEN ALIVE LIKE 10 MINUTES AGO.)
āHeās not like that. You guys arenāt enemies in fact you love him most days and heās in love with you. He makes bad jokes but most of the time he isnāt serious just seriously flirtatiousā¦ā
(WELL FINE!)
"Certainly seemed like itā¦" She mumbled. "Right, I don't know what past me was thinking when she made that decision but I'm just gonna move on." She said slightly louder.
(Belle No.)
(Let the girl get her memories back before you go judging her.)
(Fine, but she's hurting Cooper and I don't like it.)
(She doesn't mean to, she's just doing what she thinks is right without any background information.)
Ryan sighed. āI justā¦ I think I need a minute, rr, something,ā he stood up.
"I need some time to get my head on straight." She rubbed her temples, a headache starting to grow. And I want to find out more about who I was.
(Okey dokey.)
Ryan shook his head, āIāll be back I guess,ā he walked out.
The minute the door closed, she slipped out of the bed and grabbed her phone out of her jacket pocket. "Alright, time to find out who I was." She muttered to herself. She looked through pictures and texts, figuring out who was a friend and who wasn't.
Ryan walked as fast as he could, hoping to run from the tears that just kept coming.
Lillian was looking down at him with a grin and blush, "Um yeah."
āAre you now? Thatās interesting,ā
And finally, she came across the group text that she'd made for her wedding. Reading through it, tears brimmed her eyes. She could see that she'd been helplessly in love, completely head over heels for this guy. "What I wouldn't do to have that love back." She whispered. The headache she'd been having suddenly exploded into pain, she nearly screamed. It was a white-hot pain, images flickering past her vision. And, just as quickly as it came, it disappeared. She blinked. "What just happened?" Then she realized. Her memories. They were back. She knew who she was again.
Ryan was just outside the door, trying to find the will to come back in and face her. She was different and that was a lot to handle and he felt pathetic for crying.
She pressed a hand to her mouth, limiting the sobs, but she couldn't hold back the silent tears and sniffles that emerged with it.
Me mustered enough courage to walk in and sit, āYou Okay?ā
She looked up slightly. "I-I remember."
