“Better love?” Neal asked with a smile.
“Better love?” Neal asked with a smile.
Lillian nodded and gave him a grateful smile, "Much. Thank you."
“Not a problem darling.”
“Are you hitting on my girlfriend?”
“No I’m being nice. She can’t tell us apart anyways.”
“Bullshit!”
“Bullshit!”
Lillian was laughing heavily now. Of course she could tell them apart!
“We look the same!” Neal yelled back.
“We aren’t twins dumbass!”
“Can you tell us apart?”
"I can," Lillian said between her laughs.
“See?!” Darren laughed, “I win,”
“I bet she’ll mix us up at some point when she sees us from behind and we have the same hair.”
"You dress differently too. And if your speaking I can tell the distinction in your voices."
“We have the same smile though,” Darren admitted. “Facial expressions,”
“I’ll figure something to differentiate you too. We’re stuck here for awhile aren’t we?”
“Yes, quite a while actually,” Neal sighed, “Are you hungry?”
Her brows furrowed, like they always did when she was figuring something out. Then it clicked. "Ohhhhh okay I get it."
Ryan have her a quick wink and mouthed thank you.
“Are you talking about me?” Austin looks between he two curiously.
“Yes, quite a while actually,” Neal sighed, “Are you hungry?”
“No I’m good,” Lillian responded. Cutting herself was obvious, but she didn’t need to do that to keep the nightmare away.
“That’s fine, we eat souls here,” Neal winked.
“Are you sure Lillian?” He couldn’t remember he last time she had eaten… he couldn’t remember the last time he himself had eaten.
“Yeah positive,” Lillian gave a quick nod. She just had to ignore the hunger, that’s all.
Darren was unconvinced but dropped it for now. It would just be the pot calling the kettle black.
Lillian asked him, “Are you hungry?”
“I mean… No,” he almost said yes but thought better of it.
“Ih, okay,” Lillian had her suspicions, but she couldn’t say much considering what she was doing. That felt wrong.
“Suit up kid,” Neal threw a black robe at Darren.
“AHH HEY! These are heavy,” he groaned. The robes were huge and looked even more so when they were on a tiny human.
“Then stop being to damn small, let’s go!” Suddenly, in a circle of fire, Neal was gone and in his place was a giant flaming bird who’s wings hung gracefully before resting at its side.
“Show off,” Balthazar grumbled.
Lillian looked at Neal in awe. Yeah her boyfriend was awesome, but a fucking phoenix?! “Woah…”
“Don’t boost his ego,” Balthazar groaned. “Fenex is already the eldest and he has three forms… ugh,” the bird flew to Bals shoulder. It’s size could crush a human with ease but on the shoulder of someone as big as Bal, it looked almost natural.
Lillian laughed a little, “Someone a little jealous?”
"Don't worry about it." She smiled softly. The poor kid, he seems so sweet.
