"Convince me that I'm not a loser, I guess," Paige tried to smile.

Darren stayed quite. They were losers but they were losers together. He was a cool kid once, in his eyes theater was still below him.

Paige's thin smile dropped off of her face when no one said anything. "You guys think that I'm a loser too!" she cried.

Darren looked down. He had never been good at making people feel better…

Lillian quickly said, "No way! You're amazing Paige. I've never met someone who willing stood up for a geek. That's literally the coolest thing anyone can do."

"Really?" Paige whispered.

(BTW, where the heck is Stormy?)

"Really!" Darren chimed in.

(He came on for a second and then disappeared.)

Lillian smiled and nodded, "Really."

"That's… thanks," Paige smiled, a real smile. "I just… can't stand people being bullied."

"If this ever happens again just let us know right away, we can take care of it for you!" Darren smiled back.

Lillian was beaming, "Yeah, Paige you are a great person."

"Really?" Paige whispered.
