Mila was watching some youtube videos until a pop-up appeared on her screen "Nah I don't think this will work but neeeh I will try anyways" She clicked on it, she waited a few seconds "I knew it" she said kind of disappointed. Until another Pop-up appeared "YOUR MATCH HAS BEEN SELECTED" Her computer showed that message for a few seconds and then it went blank, she could even see her reflection in the computer "What.did.just.happened" She said amused "Ughhhh a freaking virus right" She said putting her hands in her face
Nathan was resting in his bed, bored out of his mind, he didn't have plans for today and his friends where out, so he grabed his laptop and decided to use youtube, when suddenly a pop-up appeared "Do you want to find your soulmate?" It said "pfft like this thing work, pure trash" he stared at the pop-up for a bit longer "But if it indeed worked…it would be interesting to se the outcome" he said and clicked on it "YOUR MATCH HAS BEEN SELECTED" and then his laptop crashed "…..what the f***" (lol sorry he says bad words when something bad happens, forgive him, but ONLY when something bad happens lol) "this is why you never freaking click on a virus infected useless pop-up" he stood up and went to grab a glass of water
(Sorry this ended up too long)
Eve had been on her laptop writing an essay for English when she got the pop-up. "Why not?" she asked aloud and clicked on the link. Her computer lit up before displaying the words, "YOUR MATCH HAS BEEN SELECTED" in bright colors. Suddenly her screen went blank. "Oh, no no no no!" she shouted, all her work was gone. "You stupid computer." she cried, desperately pressing the power button in an attempt to save her essay.
Isaac was at his desk, attempting to play Spotify when he got the pop-up. "Ugh, why do these things have to play when I'm trying to play music?" he growled, clicking on the skip button harder. The pop-up suddenly enlarged and covered his whole screen before lighting up with the words "YOUR MATCH HAS BEEN SELECTED" As soon as he finished reading the words, his computer crashed, leaving only a blank screen in its place. Out of anger, he got up, accidentally flipping his chair backwards, and grabbed his car keys, getting ready to go for a drive to calm down.
Brie spun around in her chair, reciting her Latin lesson when a pop-up appeared on the screen. It flashed bright red and pink. She scooted closer. Do you want to find your soulmate?
"Why, yes, I do," she muttered and clicked on the link. It loaded for a moment, then: YOUR MATCH HAS BEEN SELECTED appeared. She snorted and was about to look when the screen flickered out and turned off.
Alexander was dozing off when his computer beeped. He opened an eye and sleepily looked at his screen. Do you want to find your soulmate? He cocked an eyebrow at the pop-up but clicked.
A red wheel appeared on the screen, swiftly followed by YOUR MATCH HAS BEEN SELECTED. He furrowed his brow and was about to click when it shut down. He swore and slammed his computer shut.
Lucille read the screen, she was confused. Her mouse hovered over the link, Probably some joke. She thought and clicked the link. Then the screen displayed the words, “YOUR MATCH HAD BEEN SELECTED.”, then her computer shut down. Lucille furrowed her eyebrows, It better not be broken.
Mila was in a friend's house when she received a text message from an unknown number. She looked down at her phone, it was from the Pop-up of the Find your soulmate thingy which had a meeting with the place and time in said message "Huh?" She said, "What? What is it?" Her friend asked her "What? Oh uh nothing! Just my brother sending me nonsense again haha" She faked a laugh and looked at her phone again, the messages where gone, Mila frowned "You sure everything is ok?" Her friend asked again "Yeah just thinking about tomorrow's test" She lied, "Ha yeah, pretty tiring"Her friend said back "If a mysterious number texted you to meet up…would you go?" Mila asked suddenly "Lol no I would probably get killed or something lol" "Haha yeah that would be stupid" She said back and looked at the window, she knew she could get hurt but she was very curious, she decided to go but she would be very careful
Nathan was walking down the street from school, with his hands in his pockets thinking about absolutely nothing .Suddenly he felt his phone vibrate and took it out from one of his pockets. He was expecting a text message from a friend or a classmate, but was welcomed with a misterious text, apparently from yesterday's pop-up, confused, he unlocked his phone and read the message, it had the time and place where he was going to meet his 'soulmate'. "Great! Now im going to get kidnapped or mugged" he said and rolled his eyes, he was still going to attend, if it wasn't for meeting his 'soulmate' it would be to beat-up whoever was making this horribly thought-out plan
Eve's phone pinged, alerting her that she had a new message. It had been two weeks since the pop-up had crashed her computer, losing everything she had on it, but now it all seemed forgotten as she had been borrowing her father's laptop for the time being while her's was in the shop. Picking up her phone, she read the text sent from an unknown number before dropping it with a scream. "Ready to meet your soulmate?" It read. Another text was sent with a time and place. She assumed they were for where and when to meet her 'soulmate.' After reading the two messages, her phone shut down and rebooted, turning back on as normal, but the mysterious texts were gone.
Brie opened the text she had just received. It contained an address, seemingly from yesterday's pop-up.
"Well, I have nothing better to do."
She got to her feet, grabbed her coat and walked out onto the street. She looked up and down the street. It was deserted. She frowned. Odd, she thought but started walking anyway.
Alexander's phone buzzed. He groaned. "Now, really? Rachel and Ross are getting married!" He swiped up and opened up the message. He squinted at the address on his screen. He distractedly closed off Netflix and exited the house. The address was just around the corner.
Lucille was talking to her brother until their phones buzzed, they checked the text. “You too?” Lucille asked warily. Jayden nodded, he handed her her tiny knife and pepper spray. They both exited the house, going to the address.
Alex got to the place. It was a street-side park, with a couple sparse benches. He sat down on one of them and took out his phone. The text was gone.
Isaac was out with friends when his phone buzzed in his pocket. "What now?" he asked himself, thinking it was his roommate needing something again. Instead, it was from an unknown number telling him it was time to meet his 'soulmate' and giving him a time and place to meet them. A worried expression crossed his face as he stood up from his chair and left the coffeehouse where he'd been with his friends. How did they get my phone number? he wondered, walking out to his car and getting ready to go to the place he was told to go.
Eve reached the park where she was supposed to go according to the text message and sat down on the closest bench, pulling out her phone to check for any new texts.
Alex looked up to see another girl sit down. "Soulmate link?" he asked her.
"Yeah, how did you know?" Eve asked the boy beside her on the bench.
Nathan was walking to where the misterious text told him "following orders from a stupid pop-up" he huffed under his breath, he saw other 2 people where they where supposed to meet so he decided to go and ask for 'directions'
When Jayden and Lucille reached the supposed address, there were already 3 people there.
"Um" he clreared his throat "Excuse me is this (name of adress cause I forgot)?" He asked looking down at them
(Guys i dont know where i should go from, so just assume my characters have gotten the text message and stuff already) I saw a few people sitting on a bench. I went over and asked them if they were also waiting for their soulmates. They nodded, so i sat and waited along with them.
(Can someone explain what's happening where we are and u know just everything basically sorry im confused)
(Ok so. Basically you play your 2 characters, they all got a pop-up that told them if they wanted to meet their soulmate, then they for some reason clicked on it and then the computer crashed. Days later they receive another text telling them the time and place on where to meet so everyone goes to the same place….and for the moment we are on the part were everyone is going to the place the text told them)
(Ok, where is the place?)
