"I want to be married to you too. I'd've started a successful band or would be in a music career. And if not music, entomology," he spoke, "And trips to Spain or Florida every year."

She rested her head on his shoulder, eyes closed and a peaceful curve to her lips. “And England. And maybe Canada.”
"Anywhere you want to go." He decided finally.
(I’m sorry, Cruz)
“Mmhm.”, she murmured. “D’you like the eclairs?”
"Delicious," he congratulated, resting an arm around her shoulders.
(XD, he needs a hug in the other rp )
Aw, Macha should come over or?)
She grinned triumphantly. “We have hit cross buns too. Want some?”

"Uh, yes," he emphasized with a smile.
Fae slid the tray over to him.
He took three, and put them on a napking to eat.
She cane over to Cruz)
Fae took a deep breath in. “How long is August allowing you to stay?”
"Not long, but I'm sure I can sweet talk him," he snickered.
Fae’s lips quirks up into a faint smile. “That would be nice. My dad should be home soon. Don’t let him scare you off, he has a a bit of a stereotypical response to boyfriends. Not that I’ve had any others.”
"I think mi tío did a good job building by confidence against dad jokes," he humored.
Fae chuckled. “He’s really nice, hospitable, your tío.”
"I know." He smiled with a note of pride.
Just then, the sound of her father’s voice sounded from the bakery, accompanied by her mon’s. “Dad!”, she ran in to greet him.
Cruz stayed in his seat.
Ben Bonnerly embraced his daughter, brow scrunched in concern. He said nothing, though, only have her a light squeeze. “Dad, come.” She pulled him to the back room and introduced him to Cruz. Ben held out his hand.
Cruz stood up now, and firmly accepted the handshake. "Good to meet you, sir,"
Ben smiled broadly, although Fae could detect a hint of uncertainty behind it. “Ben Bonnerly.”, he introduced. “Fae talks about you a lot.” He shot his daughter a cheeky grin.
"She does?" Cruz's mouth split into a smirk.
Fae’s cheeks flushed. “Dad!” Van chuckled. “Fine, fine.” He turned to Cruz. “Feel drew to stay as long as you want.”
*feel free
"Thanks," Cruz chuckled.
Fae's dad went back into the bakery to help her mother with the customers, leaving the couple alone.
(fun couple idea: Fae and Cruz try to bake something together but end up just squirting icing at eachother and eating the batter)
