Dani took a few deep breaths. "Yeah. Hey, my best friend Josh lives around here." She said, suddenly realizing where they had stopped.

Zander cocked his head almost comically." Josh, eh? Should I be jealous?" he joked.

Dani gave a small chuckle. "No, but maybe you should be a little worried, I think he'll give you a lecture scarier than Mackenzie's."

Ms. Lafontaine made her way to Ace's room, knowing that he was unconscious. But she had something she needed to do. Hooking up Ace to her more advanced brain scanner that used Magic Currents to read patient's heads, she got a scan of his head and hurried off, satisfied that she'd be able to dig into Ace's backstory a little deeper, and find out why they shared parts of their DNA.
