"I love the stars! The way they glitter against the dark sky and ya know just the calm quiet of the outdoors." She smiled and raced with Blake to the grassy hillside where she sat down and flopped on to the grass.

Blake saw Frankie run to the hillside and took to the air, with several beats of his massive wings he was soaring after her. Once she settled down he remained low in the sky, doing aerial loops, twists, and tricks to show off. "Any requests, m'lady?" Blake called out to her dramatically, a wide smile on his face.

Frankie relaxed a bit while she lay there. "not that I can think of. Give me your best stuff."

Blake's grin turned into a sharp smirk, an evil gleam entering his eyes. "You asked for it!" And with that he took off, going as far upward as he could, until he was obscured by clouds. He angled himself a few yards away from where Frankie would be and snapped his wings shut and forced his body to go limp, letting himself nosedive and gain speed as the ground rapidly approached.

Frankie watched a bit scared as Blake plummeted through the clouds toward her. Of course, she knew he wouldn't hurt her so she just watched, fascinated.

Blake focused on the trick, waiting as the ground grew closer. Closer, closer, almost… NOW! Right when he was approximately a foot away from impact, his wings snapped out at full length. He shot over Frankie's head like, a bullet with all the gained momentum, using it to arc in the air and do a series of sharp turns, one of which, he almost cracked open his head on a tree, narrowly folding his wings doing a 360 degree turn to avoid it. After the momentum wore off, Blake gently glided to the ground. He'd lost his tux jacket and somehow managed to get the gel out of his hair, leaving it messy as usual. He panted on the cool grass, leaving his wings stretched out, one covering Frankie protectively.

Frankie looked over at him. "That was amazing." She scootched over and cuddled up next to him, looking at the bright stars. "Thank you for the great night Blake."

"Mhm." Blake nodded, already falling asleep. He pulled Frankie in close and nuzzled his head into her neck, his breathing starting to ease and quiet down. His eyes fluttered shut. Blake pressed his lips to her neck one last time, murmuring a "Love you." Before promptly passing out, wrapping his wings tightly around the both of them.

"Love you too." Frankie said as she fell asleep in his warm grasp. She nuzzled into his chest a little bit more before finally falling asleep.
