“I know, Rvan, but you have to lay low for understand?” Skylar glanced at her watch. “I really have to go, you should to, Rvan. I know training stinks sometimes, but please go back.”
“I know, Rvan, but you have to lay low for understand?” Skylar glanced at her watch. “I really have to go, you should to, Rvan. I know training stinks sometimes, but please go back.”
“W-What do I tell them?" Rvan asked as his hair fell in his face a little, "When I get back?"
“I don’t see the harm in telling them the truth, but if you don’t want to get in fight with anyone, I’d say that you needed some air and you will make sure it never happens again. Although, knowing you that will probably wind up being a lie.” Skylar smiled for a little bit, but her lips returned to a straight line when she still saw the darkness in Rvan’s eyes. ”Do you still want to meet up in the marketplace?” She asked softly. She wondered if he hated her now for choosing not to go with him.
"…M-Maybe," Rvan replied quietly, although he did want to talk to her more later. Instead, he morphed into his dragon form and flew into the sky towards where the fire protèges would be.
While Rvan was flying, he ran into Kyle and Thalia (who where both in dragon form). The minute Thalia saw Rvan, she dove towards him. “Rvan!” Thalia roared, “Thank Deviros you are okay! I promise I will make an effort to be much more kinder and considerate and—“ She flew back a little ways to give Rvan more space. “And,” she said a little more softly, “If yo are still mad at me for behaving that way I understand completely.”
Rvan flapped backwards. He wanted to tell Thalia nothing was her fault, but he had never talked in his dragon form before. He opened his mouth, "I- uh-“ It was deep and somewhat gravely, so it startled him a bit before he lied, "No, you're fine. I-I'm sorry. I was going to get out on the air this morning and I lost track of time."

From there, Rvan and the other protégés headed back the training grounds. Draco was so relieved to see Rvan return with the others. When the other protégés had wandered off, Draco and Rvan were alert behind. Draco turned to Rvan and his expression turned serious. “Rvan, I know you are new to all of this, but you can not leave for entire day without notifying me. I understand that training each day and being cooped up here can feel like torture some times, but cannot skip training like that, understand? The Council has been sending representatives that are insistent—to say the least—that I send them samples of your blood and skin. I don’t ever want it to come to that Rvan, but if you step out of line the Council won’t ask me nicely for parts of you. They will take you to their underground labs before I can do as just as light a match.”
Rvan deadpanned, "I'm fully aware of what the Council can do and I very well know my limits." Rvan left him at that, done with politics. Done with it all. And he -no, his shadows- were very confident in his ability to hide.
Draco watched Rvan walk away. He hadn’t expected the boy to submit so quickly. When Draco had been Rvan’s age he had never heeded his mentor’s words, even though he really should have.

(They trained for the next few days, (Rvan was reluctant and more secluded, not willing to talk much with anyone) but then an arena battle came up.
POW
POW
POW
Fireworks shattered through the open sky. The arena was opened tonight to let a warm breeze through.
/tell me all dragon elements for reference, O)
(Which elemental team should they fight? Fire, ice, thunder, water, Earth, plant, shadow)
(I agree, so it's a team fight? Maybe Fire team vs Thunder?)
Let us do it!
(U forget ())
(Oh, I guess we can do two vs two)
Rvan walked out behind Nula. A shadow to the flame. Identical twin girls stood across from them, side by side. With thunder crackling in the air.
“Their names are Zaire and Flare. And they practically share the same mind. They are stronger together so if we can knock one down the other with fall easily.” Nula said.
I don't heckin care is what Rvan wanted to say, but rather he turned into his dragon form and disappeared. He slowly stalked up to the twins, feeling the buzz of electricity in the air.
Nula transformed into her own dragon form. Nula had never been able to read minds, but she had always payed close attention to her teammates’ verbal and physical tells. She knew something was up with Rvan and it had all started with that Serideen b*tch. Nula made a silent gesture to let Rvanknow she was going to strike Flare first. She quickly swerved towards Flare and surrounded her with a ring of fire.
(Btw, the twins morphed)
Flare lashed out, unleashing lightning across the arena with the help of Zaire. Nula was struck back.
Rvan felt the lightning hit him hard, but he stayed hidden, trying to get more air. He dashed up behind Zaire and surrounded her with void and shadow, fogging her vision enough so she could even see the flames that surrounded her sister.
