“Nothing.” Scarlet sighed quietly.
“Nothing.” Scarlet sighed quietly.
“You already slept. Fall asleep and I’ll get a glass of cold water.” Chelsea said, sipping her hot cocoa.
Scarlet snorted, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear.
(is Cade supposed to answer?)
“You already slept. Fall asleep and I’ll get a glass of cold water.” Chelsea said, sipping her hot cocoa.
(To this I suppose.)
(he's already asleep though)
(Oh. That makes things more fun then.)
Who’s turn?)
Chelsea sighed and rolled her eyes when she realized he was asleep. She disappeared for a second. Then reappeared holding a glass of cold water. She took a sip of hot cocoa, finishing it, she set that cup down. She dumped the glass of cold water on Cade.
(great thanks Chelsea)
Cade shivered slightly as he felt a rush of cold through his body, but he didn't wake up.
Scarlet burst out laughing, doubling over while she overflowed with giggles. She got up, walking over.
Harper stared at the wall of her room. She couldn't sleep. She never could. She could here Scarlet laughing from outside her room. She sighed.
(Sorry for the stains~)
Chelsea was tempted to poor a cup of hot cocoa on him but decided against that. She got a bucket of paint and a bucket of ice water. She decided to be merciful and give him a few seconds.
A few seconds was over and he still was asleep. She dumped the bucket of paint then water on him. “Oopsies.” She mischievously grinned.
(ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Cade's a heavy sleeper, why are you doing this to him?)
Cade curled up into a little ball, shivering. Why is it so cold…? He thought to himself.
Scarlet slapped her forehead, laughing and reaching forward to help his sleeping form a bit.
(Because we all love him very much. Haha. Anyways, I know you all love and need Chelsea but I have to gtg, be back soon as I can!)
(bye!)
Bye)
Harper peeked her head out of her room. "What are you guys doing?" She asked, directing the question towards Scarlet.
Scarlet stopped giggling when she saw the look in her friend’s eyes. “Tormenting Cade. You alright?”, she asked softly, coming over.
"Yeah I'm fi–I'll be fin–" Harper leaned her head against the door frame. "I don't know."
Scarlet took her hand, leading over to what looked to be her room and siting her down on the bed. “What happened?”, she asked softly, brushing strands of hair out of her face in a sisterly way.
Harper sighed. "What didn't happen? For the past seven years, it's been one thing after another. I've had to watch a lot of people…………………friends, family, mentors………….get hurt and die. I've had to bring news about their deaths to their families, and make up some excuse of how they died. I've watched from the shadows as my world literally goes down in flames. And…………………….it doesn't help that I'm a freak."
“Not. A. Freak. Never a freak. Not a freak now, not then, not ever. Do you hear me Harper?!”
Harper shook her head. "Scarlet……..you didn't see what I did. You weren't there when I…………." She couldn't go on. She hugged her knees tightly.
