Ignite rushed at the baby dragon and grabbed it in her claws, lifting it into the air. She turned and growled at the elf, teeth bared.
Ignite rushed at the baby dragon and grabbed it in her claws, lifting it into the air. She turned and growled at the elf, teeth bared.
The baby felt her self jerked away from the being. This person she had an unexplainable need of. She squealed, kicking and squirming in distress.
A larger dragon came in and swooped up the baby. Ruby sensed danger and wished she had brought one of her hunting knives with her. Instead she took a more peaceful route, "I'm going to hurt either of you. Please put the little dragon down."
Ignite snarled, not understanding the elf. Due to her not having a rider, it was very hard to communicate with other creatures. She pulled the baby closer to her, not trusting the unfamiliar elf.
The baby was frightened now, so an instinct kicked in. She bit her captor. Hard.
Ignite flinched and jumped back a bit, surprised. She made small purring noises, trying to soothe the hatchling. "You're safe, it's okay. I won't hurt you."
The baby wailed, she didn't know who was holding her and the being was still there. She tried to push her way to them.
"Shh, it's okay, it's okay. You'll be safe with them soon, I just need to make sure you're okay."
The baby stilled, exhausted from fighting.
"Please," Ruby begged the dragon. She didn't know why she just begged, "Please let them go."
//so drayce is also in an egg
Ignite could sense the elf's pleading, and her grip loosed on the hatchling slightly.
The baby turned her head and opened her eyes, gazing at the elf.
(okay, feel free to slide yourself into the rp whenever)
Ruby became captivated by the hatchling's golden eyes. The tug she felt early became something more. Something physical upon her body and in her mind.
The dragonling felt drawn to the elf. She squearmed again, trying to reach her.
"I'm you rider," Ruby whispered as it sunk in. She was a dragon rider.
Ignite's eyes widened. She could feel the emotion between the hatchling and the elf, and all the emotions that came with it. Gently, she set the hatchling down and let it go, bowing her head.
"Thank you," Ruby looked at the larger dragon as they released the hatchling.
The baby pushed herself up, and tottered toward the elf.
Ruby walked towards her dragon. The thought was strange, she had a dragon. It a pretty black and purple scales with a feather here or there, and big golden eyes. Ruby adored it.
As the elf walked to her, the hatchling grew accustomed to her legs, tripping a bit.
Mizpah eventually landed in a field where a large buck stood. His jaws snapped, his sharp fangs sinking into the buck’s hide with ease. He almost seemed to hold it between his claws as he tore into the meat.
The little dragon tripped and Ruby stopped walking because of how cute it was.
The baby got up and tottered over. She stopped and looked up at the elf.
