@Desvelarse pets
(Aye thanks)
(Aye thanks)
(my dragon needs a friend that might end up as her rider, if anybody is willing)
(Anyone?)
(Maybe you could play both? That is if no one can pair up with you.)
(Hey, @ShadeStar, Should we RP Ruby finding Equilld's egg while we're waiting?)
(Sure.)
(Okay. Should you start or should I?)
(Probably me, since I'm not in an egg.)
(XD)
Ruby was wandering the woods near her house. It calmed her down after she got into an argument with one of her sisters. She was staring up at the tree tops when suddenly, she tripped over a large purple and black rock, "Where did that come from?"
The unborn dragon had only primitive feelings and notions, trapped in an egg. Suddenly, a strange feeling came over the baby. It's them…
Ruby felt a strange tug towards the rock. Upon closer inspection it wasn't a rock, it was an egg. A dragon's egg to be exact, but what was one doing here? The dragon's disappeared years ago.
Name: Ignite
Age: 22
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Aroace
Species: Flame Dragon
Rider or Dragon: Dragon
Looks: Slim, shiny red scales, smoke always drifting from mouth/nostrils, one horn is broken, very large and thin wings
Backstory: Was born in the woods and had to fend for herself. Has no rider.
Other: None
A strange need for this unknown being came over the dragonling. She started pushing against the walls of her egg. Must leave. Must find.
Ruby leaned down and put her hand on the egg. She murmered, "What are you doing here?"
Ignite stood perched in a tree, the leaves concealing most of her scales. She peered curiously at an elf that walked below. It was staring at… something on the ground, but she couldn't tell what it was. Ignite leaned forward, and her entire body tensed when she realized that it was a dragon egg.
The egg cracked. The baby felt satisfaction.
Ignite hissed, launching herself from the tree and taking to the air.
The egg cracked under Ruby's hand. She fell backwards in shock, "What the?"
The baby pushed herself out of the egg, covered in goo. She feebly twitched, calling out for the strange being that had stirred her.
Ruby felt a call from the baby, "Oh My Gaia. What is going on?!"
The baby's eyes were not open, but she could sense the being. She took a deep breath, smelling the air for the first time. She gave a tiny chirp.
Mizpah emerged from his cave, the sunlight glinting off of his golden scales. He stretched his long neck, the cave not providing much room to move get comfortable. At least it provided shelter. His large wings opened, and he glided off of the ledge, watching the dense forest below for any sign of something edible.
The little dragon chirped, Ruby couldn't help but awe at that. Then she realized something, "If you hatched, then who's your rider?"
The sound of a voice reached her. She lifted her head, blindly searching for the source of the voice.
