Dara nodded. "Good idea."
Dara nodded. "Good idea."
Santiago nodded and nudged his friend in her side. "You know you tolerate me."
"Yeah, tolerate. That's about the extent of it," Skye said, rolling her eyes. She couldn't help as a small smile flitted across her lips, though, showing that she wasn't quite as annoyed as she was pretending to be. It was good to have some form of entertainment to keep her mind off of the disaster at hand. "Well, what are we waiting for?" she asked. "Let's go!"
Santiago followed her numbly. Did this really all just happen?
As Skye walked along, she noticed that Santiago was unusually quiet. Glancing back, she asked, "You okay? You're being pretty quiet."
"Don't go into shock on us or anything," Dara added, her voice subdued.
"Y-yeah, I'm fine." He replied, smiling to cover his feelings. Where's Jordan? Why didn't I think of her earlier?
"Oh, this is Dara, by the way," Skye mentioned. "Santiago, Dara. Dara, Santiago."
Santiago nodded slightly, for lack of a better reply.
"Nice to meet you," Dara mumbled, her voice trailing off.
(is anyone on?)
(Yeah)
(yep :3)
(I'm back!)
(i'm back too :3)
(Who wants to start today? I feel like Skye is doing everything now…)
(I guess I can. although @pandagal72 hasn't had a chance to say anything so she can start if she wants)
(Hello sorry I came up with a character, but then I lost WiFi for about a day and a half so I couldn’t write anything)
Fin woke up to the soft sound of people talking. He yawned as he rubbed his face. “Ow, what the heck?” Fin mumbled to himself as he realized his cheek was wet. “Am I bleeding?” Finally, Fin noticed the wreckage around him.
(sorry i would have started, but i had to go to school)
Jordan, not injured enough that she couldn't move, stood up. She felt a rush in the head and almost fell back down again, but stumbled upon the backpack that she had brought aboard the plane. Rummaging through it, Jordan grabbed her cell phone and tried calling for help. No service. Of course. She yelled in frustration.
A yell ripped through the air. Dara whirled around towards the source of the nose. It was a dark-haired girl holding her phone in the air. "You good?" She called in what she hoped was a friendly voice.
Fin stumbled into what used to be the aisle and stepped through a gaping hole in the plane. He began following the voices he heard before. Although his legs hurt, and his limp certainly didn’t help, Fin was determined to not be left alone.
Jordan turned to the woman who asked if she was okay. "No. How do we plan to get help if there is no Wi-Fi here? Speaking of here, where are we?" Jordan tossed her phone back into her backpack, which she pulled onto her back. She had some Nature Valley granola bars and beef jerky if they got hungry, so it was useful.
Dara peered out across the expanse. There was the ocean, sand, and a forest behind them. She shuddered. "It looks like an island. And I meant, are you hurt?"
(I've gotta disappear for a few days. Feel free to drag my character along.)
