"Nope, sorry. Just woke up myself. I have to say I'm grateful you're not freaking out right now," she replied. She removed her arm carefully and hugged her own sides, her breathing a bit heavy. "I guess our plane c-crashed."
"Nope, sorry. Just woke up myself. I have to say I'm grateful you're not freaking out right now," she replied. She removed her arm carefully and hugged her own sides, her breathing a bit heavy. "I guess our plane c-crashed."
Skye looked at Dara, seeing her carefully move her arm and hug her sides. "Are you sure you're not okay? Wait. We were in a plane crash?!?"
Dara flinched at the sudden noise. "Okay, don't panic, but carefully look around. It's…it's bad." She motioned to the wreckage and the survivors milling around.
(am I too late to join?)
(no of course not feel free to join!)
My character is Fin James. He’s 19, 5’8” and has dark red curly hair that hangs over his eyes. He’s very shy for the first day you know him, then he reveals his outgoing side. Fin has a limp and a scar over his eyebrow from a car accident when he was 7. His eyes or sort of yellow-green and he’s very pale. He likes to wear suits a lot. Purple and blue suits, mostly, and he’s a secret Harry Potter fan.
Skye looked around at the wreckage surrounding them. No, no this can't be happening! Not now, she thought.
"Hey, don't panic." Dara patted her on the shoulder. (Going to bed, night!)
There was only darkness. Well, that was all Jordan could see. Opening her heavy eyelids, she surveyed her surroundings. It looked terrible.
Jordan was lucky that she was able to stand up, but her left arm hurt so much she couldn't move it.
"God, all I wanted to do was get to my aunt's house," She sighed.
(sorry i had to go to tennis)
"Skye…" Santiago groaned. (idk anymore :P)
"Skye…" a voice groaned to her right.
"Santiago?!?" Skye exclaimed. "Where are you?"
"S-skye!! I'm down here!" Santiago had no way to indicate where he was, but he didn't care. He wanted his friend. "I'm stuck!"
Flashing a quick, panicked look at Dara, Skye jumped up to find Santiago. Not a good idea. Her head swam again, and she nearly blacked out, but she steadied herself. She looked to her right, where his voice had come from and tried searching for him.
"Santiago! Keep talking, I'll find you!" she shouted, worried about what could have happened to him.
Dara scrambled to her feet as well, cursing between her teeth as she clutched at her side. "Be careful!" she called after Skye, following her.
"I'll be fine," Skye said, turning back to Dara. Her eyes narrowed as she noticed that she was clutching her side. "You, on the other hand, do not look fine. I think you should sit down. Or, better yet, lay down."
Dara waved her away impatiently. "At most I bruised a rib or something. Chill out." She tried to smile. "Let's go find your friend."
"Alright, if you're sure," Skye said reluctantly. She turned around and called for Santiago again.
they're not gonna find me if I'm silent…
I know!!
"Now this is a story all about how my life got flip-turned upside down!!!"
Skye heard the theme song for The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, and immediately knew who was singing it.
"Santiago! Please, say anything but that! You know that drives me crazy," she said, exasperated.
Well, at least now I know where he is, she thought as she walked towards a mass of rubble.
Dara laughed, "Is that idiot really singing Fresh Prince? I think we're gonna be friends."
"I'd like to take a moment just sit right there, I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel-Air. Do do doooo do!! Do do do do doooo do!!" Santiago continued, finding the pain of the rubble crushing him lessen the more he felt Skye get annoyed.
Skye finally reached Santiago and bent down to move the rubble off of him.
"You really know how to get on someone's nerves, don't you?" she sighed. "Seriously. I'm here now, so you can quit singing that obnoxious song."
"I guess since you're singing so loud we probably don't have to ask if you're okay," Dara sighed, helping to pull the debris off of him.
"Aww, come on! It's fun!" Santiago gasped for breath and stumbled to his feet, checking himself for injuries. Nothing more than shallow cuts, burns and bruises.
Well, hallelujah! It's a miracle…
"Okay, now that we have him out, should we maybe go look for other survivors?" Skye wondered aloud.
