(It's sunny here. For now. It's supposed to snow again tomorrow, though… As if the past two days of nonstop snowing weren't enough…)

(How sad. You really should visit Michigan, especially the sleeping bear dunes.)
(Yaaaaaay snow)
(Yaaaaaay snow)
(I can't tell if that was sarcasm or genuine excitement…)
(But in summer, and another landmark is Glen Lake. We have a cottage there, with a direct view of the sunset. Actually, funny how it happened. My great great grandfather drove all around the lake, looking for the best view of the sunset, and built our cottage there. Cool, right!)

(That's awesome! My great-grandpa used to rent a cabin up in northern MN—Grand Marais, to be specific—but he stopped after my Nana—his wife—died. It is so pretty up there! Even when it's so foggy that you can't see five feet in front of you.)
(Erm, aren't we RPing?)

(Sarcasm lol. I hate being cold.)

(Same. I should be used to it by now… But noooo, even after living here my whole life I'm still not used to it!)
(Yeah, Michigan weather is unpredictable, so weather reporters are paid more when they're right!)
(Yeah. We should probably continue rping now.)
"What?" Robin looked towards where Dara was turned to, spotting Fin and another girl. "Is she okay?"
"I don't know," Dara replied, her brows furrowed. Taking the first aid kit, she said, "I'll be right back," before heading over to Fin and the mysterious girl. She noticed first that the girl was injured. Then she noticed her clothes. "Who the hell is this?"
Robin remained sitting on the sand, waiting for the others to come back. He looked around in the meantime, searching for something that might help them survive.
"What? What did you say?" Mihaka said, but only she could understand it.
Celestia tripped over something but managed to regain her balance. She looked to see what had caused her to stumble and found a girl sprawled on the ground, soot covering her. There was dirt all over her, but she didn't seem to be severely injured.
"Another survivor…" Celestia murmured, reaching down to check the girl's pulse. It was beating steadily, giving no indication of any danger. The girl's hair was maroon and she seemed to wear a Lion King shirt. Celestia sat down next to her and tried to shake her awake.
(Thank you for getting me in! I was worried that I was going to be lost to the RP!)
Skye's head pounded, and she could feel every pulse of her heart going through her body. A light shaking aroused her to consciousness. She blinked her eyes open, squinting at the brightness of the day.
Noticing a girl by her side, who must be the person who was shaking her awake, she asked in a hoarse voice, "Who are you? What happened?"
"Hi, I'm Celestia," Celestia responded softly. "Our plane crashed and well… we're stranded on an island. I don't know how many of us survived but…" she shook her head. Giving the girl stress wouldn't help. "Are you hurt? Hungry, thirsty? I found water and food in parts of the plane that wasn't damaged."
Dara glared at Fin, her eyes wide. "Is she a native? Where are we?"
"My head hurts. A lot," Skye groaned, sitting up. Her vision swam and she started to see black spots, so she laid back down. "And… I'm dizzy. My name's Skye, by the way." She stuck her hand towards Celestia. "I'd say it's nice to meet you, but, given our circumstances, I think it's not so great."
"Who are you? What have you done to anger the gods?" Mihaka said fearfully, but no one could understand her, she was babbling quickly, in a fearful tone that also indicated 'I call bullshit'.

"Let me get you some water," Celestia said softly, smiling as she took Skye's hand. She got up and ran towards the plane as fast as she could and got a soot-covered bottle of water. She wiped the dust off as best as she could, then walked back towards Skye.
Skye stared at the… Well, the sky… until Celestia came back, holding a very dirty bottle of water. At this point, being sanitary didn't seem to matter so much as hydration, so Skye took it gratefully. She sat up slowly, making sure that she didn't make herself even dizzier than she already was, and took a sip of the water.
"Thanks. That helps a lot," Skye said, giving Celestia a grateful nod as she took another sip.
Mihaka was afraid, these strangers babbling, the big fires.
"I hope we're able to get out of here in one piece," Celestia murmured. "Honestly… this place gives me the creeps…"
