"No, at least I don't think I need help," Leon said. He stood up and instantly fell onto the ground. "Never mind," He muttered, blushing slightly in embarrassment.
"No, at least I don't think I need help," Leon said. He stood up and instantly fell onto the ground. "Never mind," He muttered, blushing slightly in embarrassment.
Thatcher quickly helped Leon to stand. He laced had arm around Leon’s waist and helped the other to walk to the door.
"Thanks…" Leon muttered. He held onto Thatcher as they walked towards the door.
Thatcher stepped out of the room and out into the hall. He held Leon close, looking up and down it.
The man from before had appeared in front of the door. "Just where do you think you're taking him?" He growled, glaring at both of them.
Thatcher tensed and quickly turned to look at the man. He moved Leon so the other was behind him a bit more, and he gripped his scythe tightly. “We’re leaving,” he hissed.
"To where? Back to your house? That isn't going to happen. He's staying here," He hissed, signalling towards Leon. Leon didn't say anything and kept staring at the man, watching his every move.
“He is not going to stay here,” Thatcher snapped, his tone dangerous. “I suggest you get out of our way.”
"Uh huh, sure, I'm totally going to let you go with the siren and lose my family. Yep, sure," The man said sarcastically, glaring at Thatcher.
Thatcher’s eyes narrowed. This man thought this was a game. “I will not hesitate to move you myself,” he growled.
"Oh, really? We'll see about that," He growled back, snapping his fingers to make a ball of flame in his hand. "You can have the siren if you get past me."
Thatcher’s jaw clenched tightly as he brandished his scythe. He stayed in front of Leon, gripping at the scythe.
Leon gently grabbed Thatcher's wrist that was holding the scythe . "Please don't. I don't want to know what happens to you if you kill someone you weren't supposed to kill," He muttered, looking at Thatcher. "Stop trying to talk him out of it. If he's really as he strong as he says he is, he shouldn't have trouble killing me," The man said, Leon glared heavily at him.
“Leon, I have to,” Thatcher hissed softly. He pulled his wrist out of Leon’s grasp, and stepped towards the man.
"Thatcher, please," Leon replied even though he knew he probably wouldn't be able to stop Thatcher. "Are you going to hide behind that scythe of yours or are you going to actually fight me like a man?" The man taunted, the flames in his hands growing.
Thatcher glared sharply and swung the weapon. He wasn’t as close as he would have liked to be, and ended up slicing open the man’s shirt and making a shallow cut on his chest.
Leon quietly watched Thatcher and the man fight, if he could find water somewhere he might be able to use that to extinguish the fire. Richard (The man, idk I just made up a name) quietly hissed in pain. "Is that all you got?"
Thatcher glared sharply and stepped closer to the man, his free hand shooting out to strike him across the jaw.
Leon's purple eyes kept darting around the place, trying to find anything that could help him extinguish the fire. Richard coughed a bit and extinguished the fire in his hands, using his hands to strike him in the stomach.
Thatcher gave a grunt when the man struck him. He then shoved the man backwards roughly.
Leon stopped looking around when the man extinguished the fire in his hands and kept watching again. Richard stumbled back a bit but quickly regained his balance, then he walked over to Thatcher and struck him in the jaw again.
Thatcher took a step back to balance himself. He lunged forward, his arms around the man’s torso as he took the other man to the ground.
Richard fell to the ground with a thud and he struggled around under Thatcher.
Thatcher had his hands on the man’s neck as he pinned him down. His hands squeezed tight, strangling and choking the man.
The man choked and spluttered while struggling around. Leon quickly looked away and looked everywhere but at the man.
