“You just slept through the night, so it’s been a while. But you needed the rest,” Thatcher mumbled. He stayed laying where he was, his arms still around Leon’s hips. “How do you feel?”
“You just slept through the night, so it’s been a while. But you needed the rest,” Thatcher mumbled. He stayed laying where he was, his arms still around Leon’s hips. “How do you feel?”
Leon's face started returning to its normal color again. "I feel okay. By the way, how is Nike?" He asked, glancing at Thatcher and pecking his lips.
“Nike is alright,” Thatcher said. “She is in need of a bath to get the blood out of her fur, but she was unhurt.”
"Okay then, that's good," Leon mumbled sleepily. He went back under the sheets and shut his eyes again.
“Do you want to get up and go eat?” Thatcher asked the other. He shifted a bit, just so he could keep his arms around the other’s waist.
"Hm? Oh, sure," Leon answered as his head popped out from under the covers again. "By the way, I'm cooking, so, what do you want?" He asked as he slowly got out from underneath the covers.
“I don’t eat, remember?” Thatcher asked. He gingerly sat himself up, seeming to feel the weight of the paper in his pocket.
"Oh-right-shit-sorry," Leon apologized, blushing slightly in embarrassment. "By the way, just curious, do you know by any chance what they're going to do because you killed that guy?" He asked shyly, sitting on the edge of the bed.
Thatcher gave a grunt in response to Leon’s apologies. He thought about the second question for a moment. “I’m not sure. I could get a beating of some kind,” he said. What he didn’t say was that he could be killed for his crime.
"Will they even let you explain why you killed him?" Leon asked, a worried look on his face.
“Probably not,” Thatcher said simply. “They don’t care. All they know is that I killed a human without any kind of permission.”
"But that's not fair though," Leon complained. "What if you were about to die if you didn't kill the man?"
“Then it was fate that I was supposed to die in that moment,” Thatcher sighed. “I know it doesn’t seem fair, but that is the code.”
Leon sighed. "Fine, let's just hope it isn't anything too bad," He said as he kissed Thatcher before getting up and walking into the kitchen.
Thatcher gave a hum in response. He returned the kiss until Leon had pulled away. He got up as well, following the other into the kitchen.
Leon walked into the kitchen and looked around, not sure what to make for breakfast. He was thinking of something light and easy to make since he was lazy.
Thatcher went into the kitchen and stepped over to a chair and sat down. He stretched his legs out a bit, sighing as he did so.
Leon quickly made breakfast (I'm too lazy to describe it like Leon) and sat down in a chair next to Thatcher. "Sooo…." He started awkwardly, not sure what to do as he ate his food.
(Lmaoo i get that)
Thatcher had been looking down at the paper, writing etched into it. He stuffed it away once Leon came over and looked at the other. “I should go. I don’t know how long I will be gone for, but I will try my best to be back soon,” he said.
(Yayyy, I'm not lonely)
Leon glanced at Thatcher and nodded. "Okay then," He replied. He thought the system was unfair and he would have complained but he didn't want to get Thatcher into any more trouble.
Thatcher stood up from where he was sitting. He tilted his head and pressed a lingering, deep kiss to Leon’s lips. “I’ll be back,” he wanted to promise that he would be, but he knew that he wouldn’t be able to. “Nike will be here with you to protect you in case anything happens while I’m gone.”
Leon kissed back until Thatcher pulled away. "Okay then," He replied, nodding slightly as he stood up and kissed Thatcher again.
Thatcher laced his arms around Leon’s waist. He was reluctant to let the other go and leave for the time being. But it was either that, or they would come for him and drag him off in bindings. It was better that he go quietly. He returned the kiss for a moment before pulling away.
Leon glanced at Thatcher, not sure what to do since he was just trying to keep Thatcher from leaving as long as he could. He didn't even know what to say to Thatcher when he leaves.
“I’ll be back,” was all that Thatcher could manage. He then stepped away from Leon before leaving the house.
