"I legit own a Buddy the Elf costume I'm gonna wear at the party." Tempest laughed out loud "Well what do you wanna do till work?"

"I dunno. We could watch Christmas movies. Or get dressed and go out." She hummed, a smile on her face.

"It's your choice come on what would you wanna do if we went out?"

"Not sure, breakfast?" She shrugged pulling away.

"Okay well let me go change then." Tempest smiled and booped her nose before walking out to his room

Joanna giggled, and walked into her closet, changing again. She quickly changed, and pulled her hair up in a ponytail. Not bothering to do makeup, she just went clean faced.

Tempest on the other hand had changed into a green warm sweater, a pair of dark black jeans, and one green contact and one red eye contact just cause he felt like being a little more festive.

Joanna was in the kitchen, making herself a cup of coffee. She had a radio playing Christmas classics, humming along as she got herself a Christmasy mug.

He listened into Frosty The Snowman and knocked in time with the thumpity thump thumps!

She smiled some, and carried her coffee cup to the door. She opened it, and held it so he could come in. “Hey babes. You look festive.”

"And you look perfect." He smiled as he entered

“Oh stop, I am not perfect.” She gave his shoulder a shove. “Besides, this is just something I pulled together quickly.”

"You are to me and that's all that's true if anyone asks me." He grinned and shrunk back to his human form so he wouldn't get his good sweater messy with his fur

Joanna sighed softly, and spread her arms out to stretch. “Fine, I guess I’ll let you say it. Even if it’s a lie.” She hummed.

"No it isn't you goof." He chuckled and pulled a small box from his sweater that was wrapped in Snoopy paper "Hey…I decided to give you yours before we go out" He looked a little embarrassed as Tempest held it out to Joanna

“Tempest, you really didn’t have to.” She smiled setting her mug aside. She took it from his hand and leaned over standing on her toes. “But thank you.” She hummed pecking his cheek.

"Yeah I did." he responded, waiting for her to open the package, his heartbeat picking up.

She slid her finger under the fold of the paper, slicing through the tape. She slid off the paper and tossed it aside. She looked at the box in confusion. “What is it?”

Once she opened up the box Joanna discovered a small jeweled Time-Turner that glittered in the light, a silver chain made it a necklace.

Joanna laughed, a smile on her lips. “Tempest, this is so sweet!” She grinned now, pulling it out of the box. “You mind clipping it on?”

He nodded and as he clipped it on it would be noticed there was a folded note in the box

Joanna saw it, and pulled it out. "Thanks Temp." She hummed as he clipped it on. Unfolding the note, she read it carefully making sure to catch every word.

To my Slytherin,
I recently came into possession of a Time Turner. The person who gave it to me said I could go back to change and erase my past pains. I told them that I didn't want to, for I already have the best present I could and wouldn't change it for the world. Instead I thought to give it to the most important person in my life: you. Merry Christmas Joanna!

"I umm…told you it was cheesy." He muttered

Joanna giggled, looking at him with a smile. "I love it Tempest." She told him, setting the paper aside. "It's super sweet, and you have good taste in nerdy things." She hummed standing on her toes to kiss the tip if his nose. (Heh that rhymed) "I love you."

"I love you too Jo" He responded and hugged her close, glad she loved what he had given her
