"Doctor, something's gotten into the camp!" Alison said, rushing into the room.

Will looks up. He races out of the area, Nico on his tail.

A large furry thing runs past them, a flash of silver accompanying it. "After it!" the Doctor said, following the beast. Alison and the Doctor followed it into an unused shack, where it cowered on the floor in fear of the angry mob made up of the encampment's inhabitants.

"Wait!" Will yells, walking towards the creature. He looks at Nico. "Doesn't that thing look familiar?" He ask. Nico nods. "Same thing at the camp."

"Shh, shh, look. It has one of the ankle tags on it." the Doctor said. "Whatever it is used to be… human."

Will nods. "I can see that." He sighs softly. His eyes gaze at the creature. "I'm so sorry this happened to you." He says quietly.

"Doctor, I think it's trying to… to talk!" Alison said. Suddenly, a group of very angry looking people and a nervous Cargill burst in on them. "Ah, you see Cargill? I told you he was up to something!" a man growled. "Alright, hold up, who the bleeding bollocks are you?" Alison said.

Will stands. "Please remain calm. I'm trying to work here." He says, shaking his head. Nico coughs suddenly, holding his chest.

"Doctor, I feel funny. And Nico doesn't look so hot either…" Alison mumbled. "Quiet, I'm busy." the Doctor said. "Doctor, or whoever you are, tell me. How did you get here?" the man asked. "My ship crashed, Alison and my two other annoying assistants were the only survivors. However, seeing as we were the only crew, pretty good turnout." the doctor lied. "Ah, but you see Mr. Doctor, I think you're lying. You must be the one behind this, I'm sure of it!" the man said. "Doctor, I'm really not feeling so good." Alison murmured. "Alison, what even- Alison!" the Doctor shouted in despair. Alison had started to form into a large, purple butterfly creature, with the left half of her body already transformed save the wings.

Nico chokes, his arms turning mossy. He begins to collapse. "Nico! No!" He grab the other, holding him up. His skin was turning a light green. "Nononono! Nico!" He holds the other gently. "Will…" Is all Nico manages to mutter.

"Nico, how you answer this is important, and we may not have much time. Did you touch anything remotely like moss with your bare skin?" the Doctor asked urgently.

Nico groans softly. "I don't know…" He whispers. "I think I did when I was putting on the suit…" Will chokes back sobs, hugging him. He looks around wildly. "We have… We have to do something…!" He cries. His voice cracks.

"I'll get them both to the medical bay." Cargill said. The Doctor suddenly detached the ankle tag from the creature's leg. "Get all the data you can from this." the Doctor ordered, tossing it to Cargill.

Will clutches to Nico, his breathing heavy and uneven. "No please… Stay with me…" He sobs desperately.

"He isn't going to die, not yet. We have work to do, so get out of your own head and focus!" he said, lightly whacking Will on the back of the head to get the boy's attention.

Will looks up, clenching his teeth. "You're right…" He whispers. Gently he sets Nico down. "Move." He pushes past people and hurries towards the infected, starting to work.

"Now, we need to analyze the data. Where was he when the transformations began? Who was he?" the Doctor barked orders at everyone.

Will collects the says, biting his lio. He couldn't remember. How did he heal the camp? He gives a frustrated groan, throwing an empty bottle of medications. He sobs sliding to his knees. Nico…

"Will, I'm going to need some help over here!" the Doctor said.

Will stumbles to the doctor. "Okay. What do you need?" He asks softly.

"The transformations started six months ago, when the creature, formerly a man, disappeared. And his last log was somewhere around… here!" he said, pointing to a spot on the map. "We need to find out what was there to understand what's happening here." he said.

Will nods, "Let's go." He doesn't hesitate.

"Right, Cargill can you set is up with one of the Snoops? We could travel faster and safer alongside it." the Doctor said. "Sure, you just go get ready for… leaving. Erm, Will, why don't you come with me? I can show you how this all works." Cargill said slowly. The Doctor nodded and went outside, waiting for Will to return. Cargill beckoned Will to follow, and they went around the back I where one of the spider like robots was standing, waiting for orders.

Will follows her, his body tense and shaking. He couldn't get his mind off Nico. He looks at her then at the spider.

"Alright, so this thing is called a Snoop. It's programming is pretty basic, just tell it what to do and it'll do it." Cargill said. "But I wanted to talk to you about something else."
