Jade sat down next to Solace, assuming a comfortable position against the cushions. "Well, you seem to have not gotten the message so far. Should I put it bluntly or in nicely but at the same time vaguely?"

“Couldn’t that be conciderex he same thing?” She paused “but which ever way you feel is best I guess”
"I said it earlier, how I've been thinking about who I want. I want you." she said.
“Yea I heard that. I do listen you know?” She said teasingly.
"You're thick sometimes. Think of the implications of that sentence." she muttered.
“Well one of us has to be thick. I still don’t know what you mean though”
"You have a brain somewhere in there, think." Jade insisted.
“That’s too much work!” Solace wined.
"Yeah, but you look cute when you're confused."
“I always look cute” she said with a fake hurt tone in her voice.
"Fine, cuter."
“Just tell me for goodness sakes!”
"Guess, it's right there!"
Solace looked around. “I see nothing” she joked.
"Okay, fine. Be my girlfriend?" she asked.
Solace smiled and leaned over. “I’ll be whatever you want me to be, as long as you stay right her with me”. She pulled Jade in and kissed her.
"I'll go wherever you go."
Solace smiled then turned back to her cookies. “Don’t ask. I’m not sharing.” She stated.
"Aww, just one?" she asked.
“Hell to the no” she said sticking out her tongue then eating a cookie.
"Fine. But since you're my girlfriend now, that means you have to take me out on a date." she said.
“On an empty planet?” She gave Jade a questioning look.
"A forested planet that, from looking at the geography from above, seems to have rather lovely lakes and plains of very interesting orangey-red grass. And I'm going to assume the wildlife here is astounding, I did after all research a lot in my day. Besides, you're sort of right, empty moon. I'll get bored, why not set up a bio-lab?" she asked excitedly, as if she was a little girl all over again.
“How about you do that in your own time. I’d rather cook something all day than go out side. There’s so much more to do in here than there is out there right now.” She said shrugging.
"But there's so much to discover! If you really wanted to cook we could have a picnic." she reasoned.
