Michaelo walked into the cafe, dead tired and looking like a zombie. His twin had locked him out of his study, saying he was “working too much.” Yeah, right. He ambled over to the counter, which looked as aesthetic as the rest of the place
Ava sat quietly at the counter, zoning out a little bit. When she saw a boy (Michaelo) approach the counter, she tensed up a bit.
Ty had been at the cafe working on a project for art class that he is supposed to turn in soon. It was of something he finds beautiful, he was having a lot of trouble with it. He had painted a few pictures of flowers, his sister and many more, but none of them fit what he was looking for and it was bumming him out. "Seriously," The sketch he was working on, was crap or at least he thought it was.
Another guy walked into the cafe and stood directly behind Ava. He put his arms on either side of her on the counter, pinning her in. "So, I need an answer for tonight," he mumbled into her hair. She tried to get away, but he stopped her quickly. "Where are you going in such a hurry? Come on, sit with me," he smirked and pulled her over to a booth, pushing her in first and pinning her against the wall. Ava whimpered.
Avery is currently sitting in the corner booth, sipping coffee and trying not to fall asleep while working on an essay for a writing course he's taking stars, i hate everything he thinks as he looks around the weirdly decorated cafe
Zoe was quietly listening to music as she watched people entering, and exiting the cafe, all the conversations around her. The therapist said it was suppose to help her catch on to modern events and might trigger a flashback or something.
The guy's hand rested on Ava's leg.
"Dalton, stop," Ava whispered.
The people behind me are being so loud. Ty turned to see a guy pinning a poor, obviously scared girl against the wall. He sighed climbed over his seat sliding in between them and set his drawing on the table. "There you are, I've been waiting for you." He said as if he's known the girl his whole life. "Sorry, I've got business with her so.." Ty ever so slightly pushed the guy out of the booth. "Could you leave." A cold glance was made at him.
Dalton stumbled out of the booth. "Maybe I do too." He looked Ava over again as the girl timidly hide her face behind her hair. "How do you even know her?"
Atticus sipped on his coffee as he watched the people in the cafe. He occasionally wrote some notes down when he noticed something important to him. He shifted in his seat, trying to make himself more comfortable against his back.
Jared entered the cafe, trying to maintain a smile. It had been… a rough day. He sat down in a booth without ordering anything, and pulled out his homework for Monday.
"I work here from time to time, I've seen her around and we began talking and are now friends." Ty tapped his pencil on the table, annoyed with Dalton. "And I've asked her to come help me with my project." He stopped the tapping and gave Dalton a cold look. This guy shouldn't be treating her this way. "And obviously she doesn't want you around her, so leave."
Dalton left heatedly, giving Ava one last look before the door shut.
Ava looked up with wide, innocent eyes at this new boy. "Wh-What do you want?"
