It’s about a girl who discovers that she has more than one power. She goes on the run because the government wants to turn her into a weapon. She finds a boy who has a very rare power. They go in the run together and end up falling in love. They then fight against the government and win. They develop a school for kids like them and that’s what I have so far.

What could be a good title? ’The Gravity of Our Mistakes’?

Prompts:

  1. A group of people get transported into a library where they have biographies on eveyone on earth. After they all find there own, they realise that they all don’t have many pages left.
  2. When a group of teenagers find out that the shadows around them aren’t what they seem, they are all taken to a place where humans are unknown and monsters, hunted to extinction. Some shadows decided to help them, protect them while they try and escape.
  3. Once you die, you are taken to a place where you can pick one power. They are a new breed of people, ones that have died and seen the other side. Only when they wake, they find they are not on Earth but a place so deadly they realise why they chose those abilities.

Riley was a bright kid, fun loving, kind and stood up for those who couldn't stand up for themselves. Her life was normal till about an hour ago. The fourteen year old had found a book in her grandmother's house, that said Rosemary on it, but when she opened it all the pages were blank. She took the book with her to bed that night and put it hugged it tight against her chest, thinking that tomorrow she would try and figure it out how to read it. Little did she know that her tomorrow, she would wake up in a strange library with no exits.

It was dark. But not the normal type of darkness. One that held secrets, it was alive somehow. Kaitlin had awoken in a library. A place she normally woudn’t be afraid of but this one gave her the creeps. Clutching a book with her name and birth date on the front, she searched trying to find some light. Kaitlin hadn’t dared open the book yet, and didn’t quite want to in all honestly.

Riley had been awake for a while and was just wandering with her grandmother's book in her hand. "Hello?" Her voice echo throughout the dark halls. Books where everywhere she looked and honestly she was tired of it.
