Akemi finishes her run and watches the group

Murdock waved back, putting his goggles back up on his forehead. "Do you think we might have to fight robots or something for the last test? I would hate to do something like that again."

"You had to fight robots?" Inima asked him. Now she was lost.

"So you can manipulate metal right?" she asked Inima, "Because if so that is really useful for fighting robots."

Inima shook her head to Yuuka, "Only silver."

"I almost had to hardwire myself to get through the entrance exam," Murdock said. He shivered a little. "Ugh. I would have hated to have to do that again."

"What even was the normal entrance exam?" Yuuka asked.

"So you had to fight robots for the entrance exam?" Inima was confused.

"If so it probably good I had to take the other test." she rubbed her arm, "My quirk would not have worked near as well in that situation as well as it dose in others."

"Yeah. We had to fight giant robots for the practical. There was one really big one that almost squished me before I could get away. I broke its foot though!" Murdock said proudly

"Were they armored?" She stared, "How hard were they to fight? Did you notice away to access its electoral systems?"

"It depended. A lot of them were armored, but the worst one was the obstacle. Some of the ones that were worth more points were more difficult to fight, like the three pointers. But the 0 point one? Ugh," he said, shuddering

"Wow, how well did you score?" She smiled, "You had to have done very well in the combat to get in?"

"Well, I scored alright. I think I was in the upper middle range. I broke a lot of equipment so I got docked for that. The stuff I used in the entrance exam was way lighter duty than this stuff," he said, gesturing to the equipment he had on

"I'm always impressed by people who can use their quirks in multiple ways." Yuuka comment, "It's good to be adaptable."

"Well, if I didn't have my equipment I'd be basically useless unless I hardwired myself." He chuckled a little. "I try not to do that though. The last time I did it was so I could finish a project on time. I wasn't able to sleep for two weeks and when my connection timed out I fell unconscious for three days."

"Doesn't that just happen normally?" Fuse asked, "That happened to me before and I don't have that quirk."

Murdock gave him a confused look. "Not being able to physically sleep for two weeks is something normal people can do?"

"If you try hard enough," Fuse looked in the distance, as if having flashbacks, "It was not a good two days."

Murdock laughed a little. "My quirk isn't the nicest to me, so I've gotten used to having all kinds of different habits than people with normal quirks."

"Yeah it's called over exertion, it's a subtype of damage easily healed by sleep," she thought about it, "humm, never thought about it, but if I use my quirk in the right way I might be able to beat your record."

"I've given up on trying to have normal sleep schedules. Or eating schedules. I've just sort of gotten used to it," Murdock said

"That might not be healthy, Murdock, Especially when you have to comply with another schedule like school."

He shrugged. "I'll be fine. A lot of my functionality depends on what my quirk is doing. It sort of fluctuates, which can cause me to be wide awake for a few days and be starving the whole time, or I could be totally unconscious for a day or two. It all depends."

"Oh yeah Ikuko, Inima." she gesture between the two of them, "Inima, Ikuko," Yuuka introduced them to each other.
