"I'm Anteros," he answered, looking up at the two with tawny, hazel eyes. He glanced between the pair, guessing that they must have been siblings from their shared dark hair and faintly similar features. "Do you…do you guys want to sit down?" Anteros asked after a small pause, realizing that it was probably the polite thing to do.

"Sure!" Umbria said, sitting down in a chair. "I'm sorry for her, she's usually more polite," Notte says, sending Anteros an apologetic glance. "Hey!" Um complianed, turning to her brother. "Thats not true!"
"Yes it is."
"Nu-uh"
"Mhm?"

I'm sorry, what the hell was that? You gave no reason whatsoever to have your character know that! I'm sorry if this comes off as rude but I am tired as fuck.//

Deleted user

I am probably going to regret whatever the hell I say in the morning//

(He might be talking to the twins and Akia… but that still… is unclear how he knows…)

Akia frowns. “Ah, what? Heh, what do you mean? Gods aren’t real. Heh. “

Artemis sighed and scowled at the man. “Could you not intrude in our conversations? Kay, thanks.”
Apollo stayed silent, privately agreeing with his twin.

Anteros laughed lightly at the small disagreement between the two siblings, scooting over to open up room for Notte to sit down as well. "Compared to other people I've met in the city, you two are very polite," he said with a small, half smile as he looked towards the pair. It was true. So far, the mortals in this city were either very rude or loud, both things that made Anteros anxious.

Ah yes sorry just wanted to ask,” He says sipping his coffee “anyway,” he says getting up “I do wish you the best but do mind how loud you speak twins,”and chuckles and looks at the other girl “and you to miss, but if you do see Hephaestus tell him I’m drinking his coffee.”

"I told you." Umbria declared loudly to Notte, a smug grin plastered on her face. "Fine." Notte huffed as he sat in a chair quietly. "You are right, the people in this city are a rude bunch," Notte said, his Italian accent coming through on certain words. Sure the people were rude, but if they were rude that just meant more power (Of sorts) for him.

Anteros nodded in agreement, a small smile crossing his features as Notte sat down as well. "Where are you too from?" He asked after a few moments, playing with the handles on the cup of coffee in his hands.

Deleted user

"Italy." Both of them said at the same time, the always did this whenever someone asked where they were from. "What about you?" Notte asked, taking a sip from his black coffee as Umbria took a bite of a scone.

"Uh, well, I used to live in Canada for quite some time, though my family moved to Alaska when I was a little older," Anteros explained with a small, faint shrug, using his go-to background story. Of course, most of it wasn't true, though he had lived in Canada for a while, gaining a faint, odd lilt in his speech. Plus, he enjoyed the cold weather in both places, which gave him even more reasons to wear sweaters and jackets.

Aria looked into her latte. She was not fond of confrontations, and she was embarrassed that someone had overheard her. She needed to be much more careful in the future!

Deleted user

Artemis gave an annoyed sigh and looked at Aria. “Look, ignore him. Let’s keep talking, yeah? Do you want my number?”

Deleted user

Aria almost spit out her drink. "Oh, um, of course. I mean, I'd love to, thank" Nice going, aria. real smooth

Artemis smiled warmly and took out her phone with a wrinkled post-it and a pencil from her purse. She jotted down her number and handed it it to Aria.

Lovinos smirk fell of as he reaches the door. He flicks his hand and out of his sleeve comes out a little paper bird with amazing script written one it and sent it over to the table that the twins and girl were at.
Note:
So sorry to meet you like that but what I said it true do be carful of what you say near mortals they don’t have to good hearing but one could over hear you
By the way my names Lovino and I’m the brother of Hephaestus when you have read this you can fold it back up with a response or not till I see you again Miss…

Artemis noticed the bird and grabbed it gently. She looked it up and down and unfolded it. She read it out loud, glancing up at Aria.
“I don’t think it’s us three who are the only Gods. I’ve heard of Hephaestus’ brother before, but not often.”

Aria gazed down at the little scrap of paper as if it was a precious piece of gold. "Wait, really? I've never met another immortal before today, other than my family, so that would be super unusual"
