"Fair enough," Beatriz allows with a little smile. A few shops in, something catches her eye. A brightly shining gold colored locket. "Hold on, I have to go look at this," she makes her way over to the shop to look at it.

"Oh…okay?"
He says with a little smile, though confused. Following her over to the shop and looking at the necklace. It was pretty….it would defiantly look good on her. If she was buying it, she was making the right choice.

Beatriz flips the necklace over and nods, proceeding to buy the necklace from the woman in the shop. "Hey, Ryuu, could you help me with this? I hate trying to put on necklaces myself."

"Oh! Y-yeah! I mean…sure I will"
He stutters nervously as he took the necklace in his hands, gently putting it around his neck and hooking it with a little smile.

Elise nods. "Yeah, I am. Who are you? Are you his girlfriend?" She has a habit of asking every girl that.

Lure gapes, stammering, "N-No. Do you think someone li-like me would be?" She gestures to herself, almost ranting, now. "I'm barely- hardly girlfriend material. Lo-look!" Her ponytail swings wildly as her hands fly, making her appear to be even more of a chaotic mess than she already was. "Have you seen the girls chasing after h-him?"

Elise giggled. "You like him, don't you." She smiled up at the girl, her eyes glimmering innocently.

"Of course not, I do have standards," she huffs, crossing her arms. And the power to kill him with a thought.

"You okay?"
She asks him with a cute head tilt, looking like a puppy with her huge eyes. Did she do something wrong? Did he not like that? Was that too much?

"Just peachy," he says, very purposefully not looking at CC's face. His was already a ripe tomato, he was sure.

"I'm glad!"
She says reaching up and ruffling his hair with a cheeky smile, then squeezing his hand that she hadn't yet to let go, leading him down a path leading to the shops, humming a little song that she seemed to not be able to get out of her head.

Elise grinned, her eyes glinting mischievously. "Whatever you say."

Wow, the cracks on the ground created such intricate, fascinating patterns- Maverick tripped over one, embarrassment expanding like wildfire. His fingers twitched with the urge to rake a hand through his hair. He had liked it when CC ruffled his hair.

"Yep," she declared, popping the p with a confidence she didn't know she could pull off. Lure sent the girl her death-glare (which, to be fair, wasn't very threatening at all) and looked away.

She had been walking facing away from Maverick, so when his hand slipped out of hers she felt a wave of panic go through her rather small body. Turning around, she then quickly kneels down to his level, looking at him with an obviously concerned look on her face.
"Oh golly! Are you okay? You need to watch where you're going!"
She says with a little laugh, sounding less and less concerned as she realized he wasn't hurt.

He rolled his eyes to hide his mortification. "I'm fine," he mumbled. Maverick pushes himself up with the remaining pieces of his shattered ego, hand latching onto CC's once more. "Where's the sweet shop?"

A little shocked by his tone, she tries to ignore it.
"It's close"
She says looking down at the ground for a little bit wondering if she's done something wrong. Was laughing a bad thing to do? Did it hurt his feelings?
"So, what sweets do you like?!"
She says turning to him with a big smile, trying to get her mind of the other subject.

Elise giggles at her, a sound that could make any heart melt, and skips back to her brother, grabbing his hand and swinging it. Draven grins at her and lets her lead him down the sidewalk.

Maverick watches her curiously, confusion clouding his green eyes. "This is for you," he gently reminds. Their laced hands swing for a bit, the boy still surprised that after all this time CC was with him. She would always be here for him. "I've heard dark chocolate is good for the heart, though," he says, finally giving in. "And you have one of the purest hearts out there."

Dazed and reeling from aftershocks of the encounter, Lurestral stays frozen for a moment before sharply pivoting 180. She wasn't sure where she was going, she just had to go somewhere. Ah yes, that little corner tucked away by the deck and void of other people? Perfect.

Squeezing his hand as she stops in her tracks
"Oh gee…..um, that is incorrect. Just because i have light features doesn't mean i have a pure heart."
She says swiping her hair out of her face with a little chuckle.

Maverick tucks away a strand of hair shadowing his face to gaze her directly in the eye. "You have one of the purest hearts in this world," he says, sincerely not flirtatiously. He stays with her, not swayed by the ever bustling population.

Not knowing quite what to say, she simply clasped onto his hand as they walked. Arriving at the touring spots and markets again, there were a lot fewer people around, only a few wandering around. It was still pretty early in the morning, so there weren't many students around.
"Where is it!? I could have sworn it was around here somewhere!"
She says looking around confused.

A chuckle looses itself from Maverick's throat. She was absolutely adorable. "How could you forget where the sweet shop was?" he teases, voice laced with mirth. "Come on, CC." There was something different between flirting and teasing. He liked it. He liked it a lot.
