A month had passed and Betty hadn't returned to the real world and tyler had told the boys she was gone for good

Lysander didn't want to believe that she was really gone, but he did his best to take care of Laura-Beth and himself.

There was a knock on the cabin door lysanders parents and Tyler's brothers off to the side so whoever opened the door couldn't see them

Lysander set Laura-Beth in her playpen before heading over to the door and answered it.

Betty saw her husband and a big smile appeared

”Betty?” he asked softly.

He quickly wrapped his arms around her and held her close, kissing her face multiple times. ”I’ve missed you so much.”

" I've missed you too " she said wrapping her arms around him

”Why did you stay away so long?” he asked.

" look outside" she said

Lysander raised a brow and looked outside. ”Maman? Papa?” he asked softly in shock.

”Mon garçon! Je suis ravi de vous revoir.” Albane kissed her son. ”Tu m'as tellement manqué.”

Betty smiled softly " I'll go " Betty said starting to walk away

Lysander quickly wrapped his arms around Betty and picked her up. ”I just waited a whole month to see you again. Don't think I'll be letting go of you for a while, my darling.” he smiled at her before turning back to his parents. ”Veuillez entrer et vous asseoir.”

Betty looked at her husband as he held her in his arms

He smiled back at her and kissed her forehead. ”I love you.” he told her as he lead everyone to the living room.

" I love you too" she almost whispered

“There’s someone else who missed you.” he reminded her.

Laura-Beth looked up at her daddy's voice as they walked into the room.

Betty smiled walking into the room

Lysander kissed Betty once more before walking over to the playpen and picked up Laura-Beth.

Betty smiled stroking her daughters hair

Laura-Beth smiled at her mother and reached out to her.

Betty took the blonde girl into her arms

Lysander happily let Betty take their daughter, knowing how much she had missed her mother.
