Betty glared at Henry as Tyler hit him and she sped off to the bathroom locking herself in a stall

Henry winced at the glare and the hit. ”Wrong choice of words?” he asked apologetically.

”Ya think?” Lysander glared before following after Betty but stopped at the main door.

Betty's sobs could be heard from the outside.

”Betty? Can I come in?” Lysander asked, wanting to comfort her.

She sniffled " yeah…" She said walking out of the stall

He walked in and gave her a comforting hug. ”I’m sorry, love.”

She wrapped her arms around him barrying her head on his chest

He continued to hold her, making soothing motions against her back.

" why would he say that he knows how sensitive I am about that" she whimpered

He sighed. ”I don't really know. Maybe he's just an idiot.” he almost chuckled hoping to cheer her up. ”I’m sure he didn't intend to upset you. He was probably just being thoughtless.”

"he was being an ass" she said with a scoff

”Yes. He was an ass.” he agreed.

She let go of.him " alright you can go just let me go cry some more" she said

”What if I wanted to stay with you until you feel better?” he asked not moving away.

" and what if I wanted you to punch Henry in the gut" she asked

He chuckled softly at the suggestion. ”I could do that. Unless Tyler beat me to it.” he shrugged.

"could you it would make me feel better" she said

”Alright, love.” he nodded. ”Are you going to watch?”

She nodded holding out her hand

He took her hand and smiled softly.

Lysander walked along side her.

Henry was still sitting at the table though now he was slumped forward with his forehead resting against it.

Betty curled up in to her husband's side

Lysander gently moved his hand and wrapped an arm around her shoulders.

Henry still hadn't noticed them, though, if they listened closely he could be heard muttering angrily under his breath.
