" and Lysander I love you" she said.

He smiled at her and held her gently before kissing her cheek and making his way down her jaw.

She bit her lip at the sensation of his lips in her siin

He pulled away briefly to see her reaction before smirking a little and moving to kiss the bite mark on her neck.

Betty let out a quiet moan her neck had always been her sensitive spot

He smiled a little at the sound, remembering the first time he kissed her neck. ”Would you like me to stop, my angel?” he asked softly, his lips an inch away from her.

" not particularly" she said breathlessly

With her consent, he kissed her neck again and again. Some short and a little playful, others longer and sincere but all of them gentle.

" you know how good that feels" she asked

He pulled away with a soft chuckle and looked at her face. ”I can guess how much you like it but… I guess my neck isn't as sensitive as yours.” he replied, gently brushing his fingers against the side of her neck.

She shifted her head to feel him closer " I guess not" she said

He moved slightly to let her get comfortable against him and placed his hands comfortingly around her.

She rested her head on his shoulder

He smiled and placed a soft kiss to her forehead before resting his head on top of hers.

She let out a dreamy sigh

He held her a little closer before a thoughtful smile came to his face. ”Hey?”

She closed her eyes " hm?" She asked

He shook his head noticing how calm and relaxed she was. ”Never mind, darling. It’s not important.”

" no tell me" she begged

He almost started to shrug but stopped before he could disturb her. ”I was just going to ask if you would like me to teach you how to cast illusions.” he told her.

" Henry has already uh well let me show you this" she said putting a hand on his cheek

" It was all a lie Lysander I never loved you it's Henry it's always been Henry" and with that Betty walked away into the pouring rain.

Lysander jolted upright at the harsh words and realism of what Betty just did. ”Uhhh… Convincing.” he said trying to keep the slight tremor out of his voice.

She kissed his cheek " I'd never leave you for him ever your who I'm meant to be with the love of my life " she whispered

”Thank you.” he sighed, gently hugging her. ”You did do a very good job on that illusion.” he complimented.
