"Congratulations to you (insert nimber) students on your acceptance. We hope your time at Lunar Academy is…eventful." the Headmistress said as she watched a few of her colleagues present the students with special certificates and pins. These puns were special in the sense that only they allowed students to come in and out of the school. "You will be asked to pack all your supplies and being them to the front by tonight, we will be leaving for a formal dinner and then travelling 6 hours to the academy, prepare accordingly." She said. Gesturing to a blonde lady, Headmistress Diane spoke again "all of you will be given instructions for the dinner, you will also be given formal attire, and then a list of rules. Please follow these at the academy. We wish you good luck." She smiled
Arabella turned to the other students, eager to see if she recognized anyone. After looking around, she frowned. She had seen these people around school, but never talked to them. Sighing heavily, she grasped her sketchbook tightly "I hope they are nice." She said, glancing around, once again.
Larra went up to the headmistress after the assembly "um, headmistress? I was kinda out of the room when you were distributing the pins for acceptance, my name is Larra, Larra Jacks." she said shyly
Rio accepted the pin, glad he'd made it to the front on time. The last thing I need is to mess this up he thought. Looking around at the other students he wondeed to himself what their powers and signs were.
Headmistress Diane looked at Larra and smiled "anxiety I assume?" She asked, pining the small pin on Larras shirt. "Go pack you bags, you have 13 hours before we leave. We will attend a dinner first then leave for the academy
Phoenix had flown onto the stage once her name had been called before resting on her crutches as the pins were put onto the others shirt before finally hers. She had only flown up here to make it up in time, but once up there she pulled her wings up close to her. She glanced around at the other twenty students, these were her classmates. Wonderful.
Rio looked through the various papers they gave him, noting the meeting time for the trip to the academy. As well as when to show up for dinner. Looking around again he wondered what he should do now.
Arabella decides to go meet some of the other kids. Walking up to a girl with wings, she smiled and rubbed heretallic arms nervously "h-hi, I'm Arabella." She I produced herself
Sage was particularly jumping when she got her pin. Mom and Dad are going to be so proud of me! They didn't know she was going in for arts, but she wasn't exactly ready to tell them that part yet. Her things were already packed up, her parents had no doubt in their minds that she would get in. "Where do I go if I already have my stuff?"
Rio came up to the tall girl again. "You're Sage right?" He asked holding out a hand. "We never got properly introduced earlier. My names Rio."
Phoenix looked to Arabella and stretched an arm out allowing her weight to shift onto the other crutch, "Nice to meet you. I'm Phoenix."
Sage took his hand and shook it. "It's nice to meet you. So, like are we friends now?" There was a gleam in her eyes when she asked. Sage loved meeting new people and making friends.
"Why not?" said Rio with a grin, "I see no reason not to be."
"So do you know how far away the school is? I think I heard something about having to drive there." She didn't mind a drive, but it does get kind of boring when all you could do was sit there. Many kids stood around, Sage wanted to go and say hi, but she would have time for that later.
"No clue" said Rio, "I don't really care though" he said, "Learning how to strengthen your magic skills is always fun"
"That's true. What can you do?" Sage didn't like her magic much, she thought it was boring and useless. That's another reason why she was just going to try and focus on her photography.
"Water manipulation" said Rio, "among other things along those lines"
Phoenix looked to Arabella and stretched an arm out allowing her weight to shift onto the other crutch, "Nice to meet you. I'm Phoenix."
"Nice name, it suits you." She said, trying to make a joke "how do you feel about this whole thing?"
Phoenix laughed a little as she shifted back to equilibrium, "You mean about going Lunar Academy? I'm ecstatic! How about you?"
Azalea accepted the pin and walked outside not knowing what to do. For the first time, she actually didn't know anyone that would be going to that school and she didn't know how she felt about that. She saw other students socializing before her eye caught onto one student not talking. She was about to make her way over there before they started talking to another. She turned around and acted like that didn't happen before sitting down on a ledge and waiting for them to go to the dinner.
Phoenix laughed a little as she shifted back to equilibrium, "You mean about going Lunar Academy? I'm ecstatic! How about you?"
"I'm excited but nervous as well. I've heard they push you to the limits. I havent even unlocked my full potential so I dont know how it will turn out." She said, smiling softly
"This will be great for you then," Phoenix gave the girl a nice smile, "I've gotten good at a few of my abilities, well one of them, but not the others. Hey what are your abilities?"
"I have lunar abilities, shooting beams of moonlight, and can change tides but at night." She smiled "what about you?"
"I've got pyrokinesis, self healing, aaaaand," Phoenix paused in thought for a moment, "Oh yeah! Precognition. I always forget that last one."

Ziva made her way out, taking in everything with a calculating gaze as her pencil flew quickly over the page in her sketchbook. She sat on the ground near a girl who was alone, but decided not to bother her.
Rio studied the tall girl before him, "What about you?" he asked.
