Phoenix noticed the girl sketching her and her wings folded up against her body. She looked to the girl, "Hi. Do you mind not drawing me?"
"Hm? Oh, uh, sure. Sorry." She looked down at the paper for a second before tearing it out and crumpling it up. "I didn't even realize I had been. Happens from time to time."
Rio looked out the window, watching as the sun began to get low in the sky.
"It's fine," Phoenix responded, "I just don't like it when people draw me. Makes me get all uncomfortable."
"That's valid." Ziva spoke with a weird accent, one that almost sounded like blend of different accents. "My name's Ziva, nice to meet you."
"Phoenix, it's nice to meet you to," she responded with a smile. The girl had a strange set of accents, Oh wait. Phoenix reached down and pushed the button for her crutches to fold up. There, that should save some space.
Ziva watched the crutches fold with interest, leaning forward just enough to get a better view. "Did you…build these?"
"Yeah," Phoenix nodded holding up her arm with the attached crutch to it, "Traditional ones got in the way of everything and these help save space and are less of a hassle to fly around with."
"Amazing. Is it plain technology, or did you blend the collapsing mechanisms with magic?" She looked up at Phoenix, eyes wide with curiosity.
"Just tech, I don't have any magic I could combine with it," Phoenix said with a laugh, "It's why they're so bulky on my arms."
"Without magic is even cooler! Do you make things like this often?"
"Yep!" Phoenix nodded with a big grin on her face, "Anything to make my life a little easier."
"You could probably apply for a patent." Ziva said as she sat back, fingers tapping a quick rhythm on her leg.
"I mean I could," Phoenix shrugged, "But I don't think it's necessary too."
Arabella shook her head to clear her mind and realized that Pheonox and another girl had followed her into the car. "Hey, I'm arabella!" She introduced
"Ziva. A pleasure to meet you." Ziva smiled, giving a nod in greeting.
"You too." She smiled
"Where are you two from?"
"I'm from a small town in the middle of nowhere," Phoenix said with a little laugh to herself.
Azalea looked at the two cars she could enter and chose the one with Ziva in it since she was the only person she knew. She saw them all lightly chattering and quietly entered waiting for an appropriate time to enter and introduce herself.
"I am originally from London but moved here when I was 12." Arabella said and then noticed the other girl, sitting quietly. "Hello, who are you?" She asked
Rio turned in his seat, "You never did answer my question." he said to Sage.
"Azalea," She said, not thinking to add any more.
"Nice to meet you Azalea," Phoenix gave her a smile, "I'm Phoenix."
