"It's pretty easy, actually. Want me t' walk you through it?"

Rio sighed, glad he'd already learned a little of this from the guy that raised him.

"You have your weapon with you? That's fine then." X replied "if you left this room, you would lose points."

Arabella focused and extended her hands, her staff appeared. She then closed her eyes and focused slowly but steadily a pitch black Aura surrounded her. The staff absorbed the power and she looked up. Her eyes were glowing slightly silver as she focused on the target. Closing her eyes she grasped her staff tightly then whipped the thinner part in the direction of the target. A slash appeared in the target and she smiled at her handiwork.

"Oh, that makes sense," Phoenix said letting the bottom of the scythe's staff on the floor. "So, how does one infuse with a weapon? Without causing damage."

Azalea took the blades again when she regained her energy. Using her powers took a lot out of her even though they didn't seem like it took a lot of work. She did the infusing thing again and this time it came out much cleaner and stronger. The blades lit up with a color that she just could not describe in any words. It was definitely a color but not one on the spectrum. She felt it heat up again before changed into a lighter and brighter color that hurt her eyes. She released the stars and hit the target again, one blade going through the other.

"Well, it may be easy for you but, like I said I'm not very strong." Her aura glowed a dark gray, but this time one of them shined brighter than the other. "Alright, teach me your ways master." She laughed and looked over to Ziva.

"Technically, they're the ways I was taught by a desert shaman, but alright. Close your eyes first!" Ziva grinned, stepping back.

Closing her eyes she took a deep breath. "What next?" She could feel the power, it was the most intense it has ever been and it felt amazing.

"You feel the magic? Tap into that. Not too much, but enough. Let it just kinda, course through you for a minute."

"Focus on your energy. Think of it as a river or flowing water. Move that water through it you whole body and allow it to escape your body just slightly." X told Pheonix

"Tap in, got it." Sage just stood there for a few minutes just taking in the feeling. "Alright what now?" She made sure just to keep taking deep breaths, so that she wouldn't be overwhelmed by any of this.

Phoenix nodded and closed her eyes. She felt her burning aura start to show up and she took a deep breath in. The aura glowed for a second and she could feel her scythe next to her in her hand as the river of flames flowed through her body. Then took a deep breath out and allowed some of that energy into the scythe. It went in easily and she shut that flow off as soon as she could. She opened her eyes and noticed the scythe wasn't melted, but the tips of her wings were a little singed. She wasn't sure what to do next, but at least the weapon was infused without too much trouble as indicated by the faint red glow around it.

"Tap in, got it." Sage just stood there for a few minutes just taking in the feeling. "Alright what now?" She made sure just to keep taking deep breaths, so that she wouldn't be overwhelmed by any of this.

"Just keep taking deep breaths like that, and focus on the weapon." Ziva watched her carefully. She had seen this go wrong a few times, and she wanted to be able to step in if it did.

The aura got brighter. Sage didn't know how to explain it but it felt like it want6her to shoot. Opening her eyes she immediately shot, the only thing was there was no arrow at least that's what she though. A glowing arrow the same color of her aura. It flew through the air it hit the dummy, but when it didn't actually hit. When it touched the dummy it turned to smoke. "What the, what happened?" She looked around and saw everyone was getting results. "Why didn't it work?"

"Hhmm…" Ziva skipped over to the dummy, examining it curiously.

Phoenix took a deep breath in letting her blade glow brighter before exhaling slashing the air and watching an arc of red hit the target in front of her. Doing minimal damage, of course.

Sage followed after Ziva and helped examine the dummy. "There's nothing. Am I seriously that weak?" Sage gently pit her crossbows down and took a breath. "Sorry, I need some fresh air." After that she left the room and went outside.

Ziva muttered to herself, pulling out a notebook and writing something down. That was different. Maybe it did do something that we can't see?

The sun was bright compared to the lights inside. Sage shaded her eyes from the sun and sat in the grass of the garden. It's beautiful out here. "I can't believe it didn't work." She laid back in the grass and closed her eyes. Mom, Dad, I guess I'll be coming home soon.

X hid a smile and sneaked out after Sage. "Well done." He said to her

Sage opened one eye and saw X standing there. "I don't know what you're talking about. I obviously screwed up." Using her arms she pushed herself up and pulled her knees close. "I'm the weakest one here. I pass out from using my strongest ability." She looked up at him with all seriousness, "I'm the weakest one."

X laughed "we are only as strong as our weakest link. If you consider yourself weak, then we can crush anyone in battle." He smiled wistfully at the garden "come with me, I want to show you something."

(I dont know if I mentioned this or not but X is 19)

Sage rose an eyebrow with curiosity. What was it that he wanted to show her? Quickly standing to her feet and followed him. Maybe whatever he was going to show her will help her find out who she really is.
